Kriyas--1 in Engish

        Om Shree yogananda Guruparabrahmane namaha

Sit erect in Padmasana, Vajrasana or Sukhasana. Fix your gaze in Kootastha. Face north or east.
Mahamudra:
Stretch your legs. Put your left heel underneath the anus. Pull your right leg up to the base.  Sitting in this posture apply Khecharee Mudra. Inhale the breath saying Haaaaa. Now Stretch your right leg straight. with your hands hold the toes of the right leg without bending it. At the same time touch your right kneel with your head. Now pull your right leg back and then do exhalation saying Heeee.
Now Put your right heel underneath the anus. Pull your left leg up to the base. Sitting in this posture apply Khecharee Mudra. Inhale the breath saying Haaaaa. Now Stretch your left leg straight. with your hands hold the toes of the left leg without bending it. At the same time touch your left kneel with your head. Now pull your left leg back and then do exhalation saying Heeee.
Now pull your both the legs to the base. Sitting in this posture apply Khecharee Mudra. Inhale the breath with mouth wide open.   Now Stretch your both the legs straight. with your hands hold the toes of the both the legs without bending the legs. At the same time touch your both the kneels with your head. Now pull your both the legs back and then do exhalation with mouth wide open.
This is one circle. Do this three times.

Kriya :

Exhale your Breath forcefully saying HA HA. Roll the tongue and put it in uluva.(Taalu).This is called KHECHAREE MUDRA. 
Inhale the breath.
Inhaling breath with mouth wideopen. and feel that the breath is coming from MOOLAADHARA CHAKRA, going through the Spinal chord  up to AGNA + Chakra in Kootastha, the Central Point between the two eye brows.
HAAAA  with Incoming breath is Soma and SIVA Bija Mantra.
While exhaling saying HEEEE with the exhaling breath and feel that the breath is coming from AGNA + Chakra in Kootastha, the Central Point between the two eye brows and  going through the Spinal chord  and going  through MOOLAADHARA CHAKRA.
Exhale breath with mouth wide open. This  breath is Agni and Shakti Bija Mantra.
Your mind and gaze must follow the in coming and outgoing breath.
Sadhaka is putting Soma into Agni as AAhuti while doing this Kriya.
Then Sadhaka will hear the Auspicious sound of OMmmmm.  Veda means listening, and Vidhi means Duty. So Veda Vidhi means listening the Auspicious sound of OMmmmm.    

Shanmukha Mudra:

Exhale the breath forcefully breath with mouth wide open. Roll the tongue and put it in uluva.(Taalu).This is called KHECHAREE MUDRA. 
Inhale the breath.
While inhaling breath with mouth wide open, feel that the breath is coming from MOOLAADHARA CHAKRA, going through the Spinal chord  up to AGNA + Chakra in Kootastha, the Central Point between the two eye brows.
Now immediately close both the ear holes, both the eyes, both left and right nostrils, upper lips and lower lips with the fingers of both the hands on both the sides.
Concentrate on AGNA + Chakra in Kootastha, the Central Point between the two eye brows.
Hold the breath as per your capacity as long as you can. Try to see the effulgence.
While exhaling breath with mouth wide open, feel that the breath is coming from AGNA + Chakra in Kootastha, the Central Point between the two eye brows and  going through the Spinal chord  and going  through MOOLAADHARA CHAKRA.
Do this three times taking rest for few seconds each time.
