KRIYA 2 /OMKAARA KRIYA in English

Om Shree yogananda Guruparabrahmane namaha

KRIYA 2 /OMKAARA KRIYA

Sit erect in Padmasana, Vajrasana or Sukhasana.  Fix your gaze in Kootastha. Face north or east.  Apply Khecharee Mudra. . 
Concentrate on Mooladhara chakra. Mind and gaze should be fixed on Mooladhara chakra. Close your ear holes with both the thumbs. Close the eyes. Now press the corners of both the eyes with your little fingers. Remaining fingers should rest on the forehead.  Rotate both the eyes clockwise with the little fingers FOUR TIMES chanting OM.
Now move to Swadhisthaana chakra. Rotate both the eyes clockwise with the little fingers Six TIMES  chanting OM. 
Move to Manipura chakra. Rotate both the eyes clockwise with the little fingers TEN TIMES  chanting OM. 
Move to Anahata chakra. Rotate both the eyes clockwise with the little fingers Twelve TIMES  chanting OM.
Move to Visuddha chakra. Rotate both the eyes clockwise with the little fingers Sixteen TIMES  chanting OM. 
Move to Agna negative chakra. Rotate both the eyes clockwise with the little fingers Eighteen TIMES  chanting OM.
Move to Agna positive chakra. Rotate both the eyes with the little fingers clockwise Twenty TIMES  chanting OM. 
This is HALF CIRCLE.
Now Start from Agna positive chakra.
In Agna positive chakra. Rotate both the eyes with the little fingers clockwise Twenty TIMES  chanting OM.
Move to Agna negative chakra. Rotate both the eyes clockwise with the little fingers Eighteen TIMES  chanting OM.
Move to Visuddha chakra. Rotate both the eyes clockwise with the little fingers Sixteen TIMES  chanting OM.
Move to Anahata chakra. Rotate both the eyes clockwise with the little fingers Twelve TIMES  chanting OM.
Move to Manipura chakra. Rotate both the eyes clockwise with the little fingers TEN TIMES  chanting OM.
Move to Swadhisthaana chakra. Rotate both the eyes clockwise with the little fingers Six TIMES  chanting OM. 
Move to Moolaadhara chakra. Rotate both the eyes clockwise with the little fingers Four TIMES  chanting OM.
This is another HALF CIRCLE. One full circle is completed.
Again start from Moolaadhara chakra.  In this way complete five circles.
After the completion of five circles, start again from Moolaadhara chakra.
Go up to Agna positive chakra. Rotate both the eyes with the little fingers clockwise Twenty TIMES  chanting OM.
Remain there. Do Om Meditation.
