Shree vidya upaasana:
The essence of Vedanta is Advaita siddhaanta or principle of Non-duality.  Advaita is the absolute truth. The Pranava Nada or Omkar and Root letters/beejakasharas behind each and every thought/idea is  supportive of this. Om is the Pranava Naada of Vedaanta. Hreem is the Beejakshar of Shakti, and ham is the Beejaakshar of Siva.

The end of Bindu is Bindu or Shakti.
The material cause of everything is Bindu or Shakti.
All entities with limits and conditions emanate from the limitless and unconditioned Parabrahman, or God the Father. The apparently visible movable and immovable world is the part and parcel of infinite Divine ParaBindu.

Creation, Destruction, and  Shakti are the part and parcel of Shiva.  This Primary energy or Adishakti consisting of Glory, Mercy, and Beauty is eternally happy.  Each and every individual, knowingly or unknowingly desires happiness. This is the essence of Sanatana Vaideeka Dharma.

Parabrahman is definitely different from the thing which is known, and beyond the one which is unknown.

Maha Tripura sundaree devi is the unparalleled combination of beauty and wisdom. She is the basis of Creation, Maintenance, and destruction. She is the root cause of three Gunas (Satwa, Rajas, and Tamo) and Pancha (five) Bhootaas (electricities).

She will appear or give Darshan as Tripura Bhairavi to those who worship her in Physical form.  Her real form is nothing but that infinite Parabrahman only.

With Mantra Dhyana (Meditation) she can be seen or make Her Darshan in the Kriya Shakti form of Sridevi by the meditating man. This is known as Anavopaaya marg (way) or Kanti Marg (way of effulgence). This dhyana is known as Kriya.  In this, Mantra will be loudly chanted outwardly repeatedly.  The body of Sridevi is Mantra. Criticism is power of Intuition (Atmaavabodha).  The body of Amma, Divine Mother, is described through power of Intuition. If the meditation of the saadhak (meditating man) is fructified, then that divine consciousness is known as Srividya.

Chanting of Panchadashi Mantra is the text of Srividya. To get Darshan of Srividya is known as Srichakram.

She is the most superior, wonderful, embodiment of consciousness, self effulgent, Divine and Universal Mother. She is known as Mahatripura Sundari. She is occupant of all three worlds i.e., Idea (Karana), Astral (sookshma), and Physical (Bahutika or Sthoola) in, out, and beyond.

That Divine Mother is Parasahakti (Cosmic Consiousness), Parama Shiva, and Parabrahman. With intense and long sadhana, the meditating individual will enter into bliss, beatitude, and absolute truth.

Parabrahman means Parasahakti (Cosmic Consiousness),  Shiva, and Shakti personified. Parabrahman is effulgence and change. Shiva, and Shakti apparently or appears to be two but they are the two faces of one Parasahakti (Cosmic Consiousness). Aatma (Soul) is self effulgent. It is predominant with Shiva Bhav (concept). The secondary part is vibrating Force or Spandanabhaav. It is Vimarshana, Kriya or shakti.  This Shakti Bhav (concept) will be subservient to Shiva Bhav (concept).
There will be no Physical concept. Mental concept is predominant in this.

We should withdraw or dissuade ourselves completely from wasteful ideas. We should continuously observe our mind without blinking. This is called Sahaja Samadhi. This is nothing but Haaam  saaw Kriya in Kriyayoga. This will make known to the individual sadhak (meditating man) the light/effulgence, or Shiva Bhav (concept), and sound or Shakti Bhav (concept). And also Consciousness.

Cosmic consciousness is the primary energy which is the root cause of  all energies. This is the cause of energy source for all three (Tripura) Purams/worlds, causal (Kaarana), Astral (sookshma), and Physical( Sthoola).  Hence it is known Bala Tripura Sundari.  Bala = Youthful and energetic. If one is Youthful and energetic then only one is handsome/beautiful.  Hence Bala Tripura Sundari.

Causal (Kaarana) energy is Goddess Saraswati,  Astral (sookshma) energy is Goddess Lakshmi, and Physical (Sthoola) energy is Goddess Durga or Kali.

Sun and sun light are not two different things. Likewise Shiva and His energy i.e., Cosmic consciousness are not two different things. Only for explanation sake we consider them as two different things.

Causal(Kaarana), Astral(sookshma), and Physical (Sthoola) are illuminated with Cosmic consciousness.  Causal(Kaarana)world   is known as Nidravastha or deep sleep state.  Astral(sookshma) world is known as Swapnaavastha or dreaming state.  Physical(Sthoola) world is known as Jaagrataavastha or waking state.

In Vyashti or Microcosmic level Physical(Sthoola) world is known as Pataala loka, and in Samishti or Macrocosmic level it is known as Bhooloka.

In Vyashti or Microcosmic level Astral(sookshma) world is known as Mahaatala loka, and in Samishti or Macrocosmic level it is known as Bhuvarloka.

In Vyashti or Microcosmic level Causal(Kaarana)world is known as Talaatala loka, and in Samishti or Macrocosmic level it is known as Swarloka.

This Cosmic consciousness is known as lightning of Parabrahman. This is located in three places in human body. In fore-head it is known as Gnaana shakti, power of wisdom.   On top and middle of head it is known as Kriyashakti, power of action.  And in Heart it is known as Ichchaashakti, Power of will.   They will be made known to the sadhak, the meditating individual, in meditation, as such.  These internal energies are divided into three categories, Pooja samketam, Chakra samketam, and Mantra samketam.

Pooja samketam:
The primary seed of Amma, Divine Mother, Bala Tripura Sundari, shall appear or display in Kootastha, the centre point of the place between the two eye brows,  as charming and Gnaana shakti (power of wisdom). That primary seed is called as Creativity. That creativity is displayed in different forms. This Kootastha is Agna positive chakra. This Agna Chakra is called Vajraayudha. Here only Mind and gaze should be concentrated. Cosmic consciousness will make her known through Gnana, wisdom. This will be manifested through a sound form. This sound (shabda) is incessant. This is known as Anahaatanaada.  From this Anahata nada only all day-to-day actions will be intiated or start.

The fore-head of Each and everybody is the crown of Gnana or wisdom. The forehead is more or less indicate the mind of the individual. Hence the proverb, face is the index of mind.  Wisdom will besmear the colour to the thought. Wisdom shall manifest itself in different forms. The replica of that is rainbow.

Mantra samketam:
Through the mystic seed of Mantra samketam the idea or inclination shall be known or displayed. Through the universally rampant Shabdabrahama nada gnana (wisdom) will be made know. This Nadam (Sound) becomes physical, and shall be heard through three Vedas.

The first or initial letter or Akshara of Rigveda starts with the letter ‘A’.
The first or initial letter or Akshara Yajurveda starts with the letter ‘I’.
The first or initial letter or Akshara of Saama veda starts with the letter ‘Ai’.

This denotes level-Gnaana (wisdom) – Aanandam (Bliss), of the parts of Brahma, the Creator.  That means the essence of three Vedas is Non-duality (Advaita) only.

By adding bindu or zero to the letter “Ai” makes it “Aim”.  That will reign/rule/control different sounds.  There is no parallel to Non-duality.  This non-duality principle with its Gnana or wisdom shall be encoded or included in the mantra “Aim”. This is the Beeja (root/seed) mantra of Saraswati, Goddess of wisdom.

The initial form of Vaak or word is “Pashyanti”. Concentration should be on Kootastha.

The location of active manifestation of Kundalinee is pelvis, the place below navel. This is known as “Atho Kundalinee”.  The very important three subtle nadis, Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna, start from here. The starting place of these three subtle nadis is known as “Yukta Triveni”.
The kundalinee which is awakened from mystic sleep shall reach Sahasraara chakra on the middle top of the skull like lightning. This is known as Oordhwa kundalinee. This Oordhwa kundalinee is called “Mukta Triveni”.

Kundalinee is the root cause of all energies. It is root Yoni. It is Kandarpavayu. The Kandarpa vayu is located at Triangle in Moolaadhara chakra. This is the place for will power (Ichchha shakti), Gnaana, and active manifestation. It is predominant of Gnana. With Bindu “Aim” is energetic and powerful Beejamantra. The kundalinee is awakened if it is chanted again and again in particular fashion.

As per Pooja samketam , the second Beeja mantra of Balamahavidya shall pervade from top of the head to all sides. It is clean, and milky white coloured active manifestation power.  The people shall worship Her as the Divine Mother who is the embodiment of peace, and love combined together.

The active manifestation power shall act right from the top of the head.  The basis of gnana or wisdom is thought. The active manifestation power shall act  from the thought. Wisdom and thought both together are the basis of activity. The Kriyashakti predominates Gnanashakti. The  clean, and milky white coloured moon light is the replica of wisdom in Sahasraara chakra. From here the activity will be executed harmoniously and fruitfully.   So the head is the place for light of the individual.
When idea emanates from head activity starts. Wisdom will be developed and strengthened and shall lead to fructified sadhana. that leads the way to emancipation.
Now let us expatiate the Beeja mantra “Kleem”. The cosmic wisdom shall be manifested in the unmanifested shabdabrahma form. This is known as “Anaahatanaadam”.

The letters or alphabets from ‘A AA I eee u ooo ru rooo alu aloo ye yai O oau am ’ in Sanskrit are called achchus or vowels.

“ka, kha, gag ha inja cha chha ja jha Ini Ta Tha Da Dha Ana Tha Thha Da Dha Na Pa Pha Ba Bha Ma Ya Ra Arra La Va ssa sha sa Ha ksha RRa LLa ’ are known as Hallus or consonants.

When Halloos combine with achchoos the a peculiar sound is manifested.

Kla sound shall denote Creation. That leads to protection around. Gnana or wisdom shall be helpful to activity.

Ai denotes clean conception. That is the development of conception power.

Bindu or point or zero is the replica of Non-duality or Adwaita concept. It is the symbol for universal manifestation.  It is a junction. Here all desires sgall be fructified. It is a cool light. Here the seed is called Mahalakshmi or Lalita Beejam.  It is of two forms, Kaali amd Lakshmi.

As a form of Kali, She will drive out fear and panic in timid and unwary hearts. As a form of Lakshmi, She will take the benign form and shall look after Her children as a foster Mother.  In this way “Kleem” is the replica of Kriyashakti.  This is the second step of vaakku or word and is known as “Madhyama”.  Its chanting is done in the Head.  Vowels combine with consonants and make the apt sounds or words. Ideas will take the form of words.

Ichchaashakti (power of will or volition) is located at Heart. As per Pooja samketam, Tripura vidya, the third seed of Maha Tripura sundari shall emanate or manifest from Heart.  Anahata chakra is located at Heart. Ichchaashakti (power of will or volition) is the root cause of Gnana (Wisdom) and implementation of action. The day sun shall drive out the darkness.  It is the centre of heart which is eternally new and youthful. When Gnana or wisdom is more predominant than action, then the way for liberation and bliss shall become easier. Then thinking, and Ichchaashakti  (power of will or volition) shall leap forward. Its location is Heart. To understanding fully Heart is the replica. The heart shall illuminate if all the habits or Samskaaraas, Good or bad, are burnt. That leads to peace and serenity.

Ayam nijah parovethi gananaa laghuchetasaam
Udaaracharithaanaamsu vasudhaika kutumbakam

He is different, she is different, I am different. This is the quality of small or narrow minded people to count like this. For noble or broad minded people the whole universe is their family.

This noble mindedness is the quality of God. This is clled Cosmic consciousness.   Amma or Divine Mother Gauri is the reigning Goddess.  That Divine Mother is called Mahatripura Sundari. Her the mystic letter is ‘SAU”.  “Sau letter represents Ichchaa shakti or will power. It is also called Visarga shakti. Visharga means the power that is released. The flow of Amrit or Nectar or unparalled Bliss is known as Visharga.

This world is of three types: Maatha, meya, and Maana.  These three to become one is knowns as sattaa saamaanya avastha. Then the individual get liberated from duality or Dwaita.

Spiritual or Adhyaatmika light or kaanthi shall pervade into both manifested and unmanifested worlds alike. Its location is Heart. ‘SA’ means alongwith.  ‘Aou’ means determination or will.  ‘Visarga’ means liberation. With determined will this seed or beejam shall liberated the individual from all bondages. This beejam is also called Para beejam. Mahatripura sundari is the Soul of the individual. To make known this to the meditating individual is the symbol of successfulness. Not only this the individual consists of 31 Tatwas. “SA” represents this. Sadaa Shiva and Eeswara tatwas denote the Shuddha vidya of Mother Tripura Bhairavi. “Aou” represents Ichchaashakti, Gnaanashakti, and Kriyaashakti.

Visarga represents for of Shakti which is inherent in Shiva. The awakened Kundalinee shall illuminate with interiorized power.  If the meditating individual or sadhak chants this ‘Sau’ mantra with deep concentration then the Ichchaashakti shall transforms into will power. Then the sadhak shall be liberated from desires. That leads to salvation.

In Creation activity, this manifestation is known as “Vaikharee”.  ‘Mala Dosha’ is the result of Ignorance. This internal ignorance shall lead to attachment.  This is the initial ‘Apoornatwa’ or unfulfilled limitation. This initial unfulfilled limitation shall follow from universal consciousness to the limitation of individual consciousness. Finally the universal Cosmic consciousness shall become limited after all. ‘Apoornatwa’ or unfulfilled limitation is known as Aanavamala or Appornatwa maanavam. This Aanavamala is of two types. They are: Paurusha agnnana and Bauddha agnaana.

1.   Paurusha agnaana: embodiment of Agnaan or ignorance.

2.   Bauddha agnaana: the ignorance (Agnaan) that is internal in Buddhi or intellect. Intellect is not the equivalent word to BUddhi. Because of this ignorance the individual think that he is a special being or a specific entity. His consciousness isentirely different from Cosmic chatanyam or consciousness. This is very subtle. Apart from this contamination, two other contaminations or corruptions (Malina or fault or Dosha) exist. They are  more subtle and most subtle. Individual who is entangled with uncleaned way or path shall be drawn further down with Mayyamala and Karmamala contaminations or corruptions.
3.  Mayyamala shall create a different schism or differentiation. (Bhinna vedya prathatwam mayyam). The different limbs of body with limitation shall be the cause of this Mayyamalam.  Because of this, the memory shall get the beating and becomes limited. Apart from this,  vasanas or habits (shubhaashubha vaasanaamayatwam karmaam) of the past or samchita unfulfilled desires  shall lead to this limitation more and more.   This is known as Karmamalam.

The individual entangled in this vicious circle of Birth-deth-birth shall be subjected to several attachments. Burning of Past or Sanchita Karma to get self realisation and get united with God the Father after all is essential. (sakridwibhaato ayam aataa – chandogyam 8.4.2.).

If the individual meditate on Mother Mahatripurasundari, the grace of Mother shall be bestowed on the meditating sadhak and come surprisingly instantly.

The three Gunas, satwa, rajas, and Tamo), when get united in an equanimity, it shall lead to three divine mystic forms. The divine Mother shall appear in three different mystic forms.  Then the Divine Mother shall appear in a mystic form of all three different mystic forms combined together. This fourth form of Mother is beyond the comprehension of everything, human conception.

The sadhak should chant ‘Ayim” in Kootastha with severe concentration steadily and dedicatedly.  With Her unlimited mercy and Grace, Mother Mahatripurasundri shall appear with effulgence. This is the testimony of Her presence.

Mantroddhaara vidhirvishesha sahithaa satsampradaayaanvithah

The sadhak  shall chant  the Mantras as per Mantroddhaara vidhi.  Then he will be liberated from duality by Mother Sridevi.   She will appear in  Srushti(Creation), sthithi (maintenance), and laya(destruction), combined together. Authority, witness, and principle—are the different angles of duality.  All these three angles shall merge in Parabrahma, God the Father, Parama shiva. This is possible with the mercy and grace of Sridevi.

The soul of sadhak is Shiva. That will be recognised or understood by Shakti (energy). (shaivamukham iha uchyate – vignaana bhairava 20)
‘ya ra la va’ alphabets are called ‘Antastha’. These will elevate the sadhak.

‘ssha sha sa ha’ letters are known as ‘yushma’ letters. These are to be chanted with pressure or energetically. These will create Ushnam (Heat) or Ardrata (moisture).

‘Ha’ letter is replica of or represents determination.
‘a’ denotes Shiva, and ‘Ha’ demotes Shakti.  If Bindu or zero is added to  a ha then it becomes ‘Aham’.  This denotes Parabrahma (God the Father) and Parashakti (Cosmic consciousness).

‘aham Brahmaasmi’, ‘Shivoham’, and ‘Aham Brahma swaroopini’ denotes ‘ Iam God the Father’. These words are eternal Truths.

Pashyanti is the sprouting seed is the blossoming primary seed of Parabrahman. Sadasivatatwam is self effulgent. In that Mother will be all pervading Gnaana or wisdom. Mother is very subtle. She is very kind and graceful. ‘Ayim’ letter denotes this.

Kundalinee is the root cause of Life force and hence it is known as Prana Kundalinee. Here Kundalinee works in Physical level or sthoola avastha. This will provide life force for maintaining normal life. When kundalinee is awakened then the body becomes illuminated. That will be known through the forehead of the sadhak. The more it is awakened the more the forehead becomes effulgent and more it will become energetic. When the sadhak knows this secret the he will not fall into the cycle of Birth-death-birth.

Only some sadhaks who do intense and long sadhana shall be aware of Kundalinee wisdom. As such Kundalinee wisdom is being called secretive. Liberation is the result of sadhana. Only Jeevanmukta can experience this liberation.  But it is obtained only intense long sadhana. It is got only with the mercy and grace of Paraabhattaarika or Parabrahman.

Sometimes that mercy is obtained all of a sudden. The Great Gurus have experienced that.

When sanchita karma (Past Karma) and Prarabdha karma (present) gets harmony, then the mercy or grace of Divine Mother will be got all of a sudden.  This is known as ‘Karma saamya’.

The grace of Divine Mother is available some times to ordinary people also. It is wonderful. I it is beyond our logic. The appearance and grace of Mother is beyond all limitations. The amount of human energy whatsoever cannot be compared with this greatest energy of Mother. (natwatrako api atmiyo purushaakaarah –eeshwara pratyabhigna vrutti VI.7)
Bindu means point or zero. This is known as anuswaram. Any mantra cannot be chanted without this bindu or anuswara. If it is done so it becomes energy less.  Bindu is added to Beejakhar and then chanted. Then it denotes Advaita parabrahma or Non duality Parabrahman. Chanting of Mantrajapam and Beejaaksharajapam are important. With that only the appearance of Mother divine is possible.

Let us narrate a story here. Once there was a Brahmin boy called Utatya. He is a illiterate dunce. He does not know any mantra or sadhana.  He is to be ridiculed by his parents every now and then. He was staying in a hut by the side of river Ganges far from his village and parents. He was living on the bank of river Ganges telling truth always. Hence he is known as ‘Satyavrata’, the follower of truth.  Once he saw a hog wounded with arrows. He shouted with ‘Ayi Ayi’ with fear sighting this hog. It came and hidden in the bush behind his hut. It was followed by a hunter. The hunter asked Satyavrata about the whereabouts of the hog. Even though he shouted ‘Ayi Ayi’ without bindu, Mother Divine has shown Her grace on him. All of a sudden intelligence has come into him. He told the hunter: O hunter, the eyes which can see but cannot speak, the mouth which can speak but cannot see’. Thinking that this Satyavrata seems to be a mad fellow, the hunter left that place and went ahead.  Truth after all with violence cannot be called Truth. Untruth impregnated with mercy is real truth and Dharma.

                             (Devi Bhaagavatam 3.11.36)

Anichchaya api samsprushto dahatyeva cha paavakah
                                               (ashtavakragita XVIII.37)

Mother Divine is beyond past, present, and future. She is eternal.

Pramata, pramaana , prameyaroopaa srushtih

The cosmic consciousness will never get influenced in any form. Parashakti or Mother Divine shall appear suddenly to one individual amongst thousands of people.  It is only the grace of Divine Mother. This is called Shaktipaatham or transfer of energy. That has happened in the case of Satyavrata.

Om is Pranavanaadam. That existed for the recognition of Parabrahman. Hence Om is entitled for honour.  With that confidence meditating sadhaks shall chant ‘kleem’.  Any worship will starts with OM and ends with OM.  It has to be chanted with dedication.  This Pravanadam OM is very much auspicious. The chanting of this auspicious OM is breaths in and breaths out.  This OM provides shaktipatam or Transfer of energy. Mind becomes steady if the sadhak surrenders himself to Parabrahman with dedication.

Egoless and desireless Bhakti or dedication is of no use and wasteful. Our mind can recognise Saguna God or God with form. The dedication on God shall make the individual egoless and develop his service to the mankind or society.  Eeswara is the leader of the whole universe. We have to beyond nature to understand Parabrahman.  We cannot understand till then.

Saraswati, Goddess of wisdom, has to be graceful, as she is the combination of operations, and will power.  Then the sadhak will enjoy the benefit of bliss completely. The sadhaks who obtained Divinity shall eulogise Her grace through poetry or bhajan with happiness.

The sadhak should chant three root letters or Beejaksharams combined together. They are (`A  ooo Mmm') = OM. This has to be done in order to get Nirguna Samadhi. This chanting is supreme. This chanting shall provide perfection and fulfilment to the meditating individual or sadhak. Sadhak will understand wisdom or Gnaanam is superior to operations, and will power.  The sadhak will understand that this wisdom shall unite him with the Parabrahman. (gnaanaath evathu kaivalyam).

The individual may belong to whatsoever school of meditating procedures , but if he chants the Beejaaksharams with dedication, then he will be benefited.
1.    Aim  sow
2.  `A  ooo Mmm'
3.  Sau kleem ayim
4.  Aim Kleem Sou
Divine Mother Sridevi shall execute Her plan or idea and make us happy. Sridevi is energy. Mother is inseperable from Shiva, Parabrahman. She is the root cause of apparent happiness to this Jagat or universe. Chithshakti shall inaugurate universe on its screen with its will power or ichchaashakti. (Sweechayaa swabhittau viswamunmilyathi). Mother shall always fulfil justified demands of Her devotee. We will see some procedures in AAgamaas. They are:
1)  doing Anga and Kara nyasams by following the Rishi.
2)   To remember the wooden foot wear of Sadguru, the preceptor.

Some procedures may come by themselves.
These are called Anavopaaya, Shaaktopaaya, and Shaambhavopaaya.

The natural form of Mother Divine is known as Paraabhattaarika Mahatripurasundari. They are: 1)Sakala, 2) Nishkala, and 3) Nishkala Sakala.

The self effulgent Mother Divine is known as Para Shakti.
(Ambathe paripoornyam swaatma sphurattayaa vishvam paraamrish thyaambaa).

Mother Divine only is the Creator.

Mother is worshipped in different forms.  They are:
Bala, Vaageswari, mahaavidya, Brahmi, Saraswati, and Sreedevi.

Mother Divine shall remove three types of faults or Maladoshaas.

Mother Divine is the form of Shabdabrahmaroopini. She is the authority of all all letters or alphabets.  She wears the Aksharamaala or alphabets mala. The letters from ‘a’ to ‘ksha’ are knowns Aksharamaala or alphabets mala. This mala is also known as ‘Maatrukachakra’.   This is used for Japa and sadhana. This is explained detailed way in Kaaleetantra and Srikulaarnava.

When bhaktibhaav or dedication towards Mother is personified in perfection then the Shaktipaath (transfer of energy) shall reach the devotee unconditionally.
Shaktipaath (transfer of energy) shall be of nine types. Parashakti is very kind and graaceful. Her four hands represent Her infinite energy.

When soul is united with Spirit or Paramaatma then it leads to bliss. This is feasible if  ‘sauh’  followed by ‘Kleem’  is chanted with concentration and dedication.

Beejamantrams or chanting of root letters shall make feasible the unity of Ichchaa shakti, Kriya shakti, and Gnaana shakti.  This is known as ‘Mantrasiddhi’.

It is impossible to obtain ‘Mantrasiddhi’ by fulfilling a ‘vow’ for the sake of it without dedication, and  that too mechanically.

It is wasteful effort to worship several Gods and Goddesses leaving Parabrahman. The individual must withdraw life force from the sense organs through ‘Pratyaahaara’.  With Praanaayaamam and chitta ekaagratha (single pointed dedication) the individual sadhak must do Dharana. That is called Dhyana or meditation. That sort of Dhyana even it done even for a second shall give satisfaction and Divine experience.
The sadhak who do not have any desire shall be like a lion. His elephant like senses become lack of consciousness.  They will flee away.

(Nirvaasanam harim drushtwaa thooshnim vishaya dantinah palaayante na shaktaaste sevante kruthachaathavah  -- XVIII).

You desire for Paramatma only. You merge within Him by heart. That is known as the controlling senses completely.

Beginning from mind to senses all are quite unsteady. When the sadhak completely diverts his mind and senses from other worldly things, and concentrates on God the Father completely, then his unsteady mind and senses shall become completely steady. The mutual attraction or infatuation amongst men and women becomes mutual worship or Aradhana.

One should worship Mother Divine with concentration. Then the sadhak will soon be able to enter into universal consciousness.

‘Ayim’ beeja mantram represents Gnaanashakti or wisdom power.
The ear jewel is the replica of ‘Ayim’.
‘kleem’ beeja mantram represents Kriyaashakti or Action power.
The hand jewel is the replica of ‘Ayim’.
‘Sau’ beeja mantram represents Ichchaa shakti or will power.
The girdle  jewel is the replica of ‘Sau’.

Scriptures or Shaastraas shall suggest some other process also in regard to getting the appearance of Mother Divine. That is to worship Her image or form. This worshipping of forms are done in different ways. They are: worshipping the tresses of Mother Divine adorned with half moon, or adorned with skulls as a necklace around Her neck along with blood soaked cloth around Her waist, Mother Divine with tongue turning out standing on the stomach of Shiva lying on His back in a stupine pose, or worshipping Mother in a form with four hands, three eyes, breast up, and waist little bend down etc.

Blood soaked cloth represents the Creative ability of Mother, Mother adorned with skulls as a necklace around Her neck represent Her egolessness Akshara mala.

According to Shrutis effulgence means Brahma. That illuminates in different ways.

(tameva bhaantam anubhaathi sarvam
                             --Katopanishad II.ii.15)

Vimarsha is expressing effulgence in innumerable ways which is inherent in Brahma the Creator. (Tasya bhaashaa sarvamidam vibhaati)
The cummingling of Gnaanam (wisdom) and kriya(Action) is consciousness according to Aagamaas. (Samvit, chith, or Paramasiva).

So Gnaanam (wisdom) and kriya(Action) is Shiva and Shakti. Also Effulgence, kriya, and vimarsha are one and the same thing.  Effulgence (Prakasham), and lightning both are Mother only.

Shivashaktyaatmika Mantra is the Mantra of Srividya. Mother Srividya is beyond Sadashiva or Arthanaareeswara sthiti.

Shiva and shakti both are one and the same. The difference is that shakti shall display or make known the activity or activities. Shiva will be in subtle conscious state. The eternal Shakti is an embodiment of form. It takes different forms.

Shiva will be shown lying on His back. Mother Kali will be shown as standing on the lying Shiva indicates the energy of Mother. Mother Sri Mahatripura sundari has manifested Four Gods viz., Brahma, Vishnu, Rudra, and Eshwara out of Sadashiva who is in a sleeping state.

The four shoulders/hands of Mother Divine denote nivrutti (detachment), pratishta (fame), vidya (education), and Shaanti (peace).
Her three eyes denote sun, moon, and fire. They are the replica of Gnaanam (Pramaana), Gneyam (prameyam), and Anubhavika prayogam/gnaata (pramatha).

The breast of Mother Divine denotes conception warning. It is represented by Light and sound. Her bent waist indicates manifestation. If we understand or decode these things then only we will be able grasp the enclosures (Avaranas). They are:
1.  valeetrayaa nikitaananam – Mooladharachakra – bhoopura trailokya mohanachakra.
2.  Madhye nimna – Swaadhistaanachakra – sarvasha paripoorika chakra.
3.  Apinottu – Manipurachakra – Ashtadala padma – sarva samkshobhanachakra
4.  Trinayanam – Anaahatachakra – sarva soubhaagyadaayaka chakra
5.  Chaturbhujam – Vishuddhachakra – Bahirdashara sarvaartha saadhakachakra
6.  Pretaasanadhyaasineem – Aagnachakra – Antardashara – sarvarakshaakarachakra
7.  Bandhooka prasavaarunaabaradharaam – Maanasa chakra – Ashta sarvarogahara chakra
8.  Nrimundashrajam – Somachakra – Trikona sarvasiddhiprada chakra
9.  Shashikhanda manditha jataajutaam – Sahasraara – bindu sarvaanandamayachakra

This is known as Samhaarakramam according to Dakshinaam moorti Sampradaayam.

Shaktipaath or Transfer of energy is bereft of any condition(s).  Sri samvidaamba, Mother Divine, is always kind or graceful to Her devotees.  She does not differentiate as poor and rich. She looks after both as Her children. She looks after both alike. She, Sri Lalitaa Mahatripura sundari,  will not be graceful to the people lack of devotion.

People who are in ignorance only shall be  subjected to this Maya, delusion. They only will be subjected to pain and pleasure.  They don’t have time to look into the wisdom or Gnana and find out where from this Mother Divine is manifesting by Herself. The cleansing of senses shall reveal the absolute truth. Her devotee man/woman shall become Herself with Her grace.

We have discussed a lot about the wonderful name Tripura, Sridevi, Mother Divine. She is the reigning queen of three cities or purams in Microcosmos, Vyashti and Macro cosmos, Samishti.   Bhooh – earth, Bhuvah – Ether or Akasha, and swah – Antariksha (Ether).  These are known as Vishwa (Microcosmos) – Virat(Macro cosmos), , Thaijasa(Microcosmos) – Hiranyagarbha (Macro cosmos), and praagna(Microcosmos) – eeshwara (Macro cosmos). Shreedevi is known as Threeya. Thisis forth state.

Vedas are three. Gunas (Qualities) (Satwa, Rajo, and Thamo) are three. They will have devotional conceptions, worships, prayers, and meditation procedures accordingly. This is stated in Bhagavadgita also. They are Aarta (who is in dire need of help), jignaasu (who wanted to know what is what), and Arthaarthi (man who is need of money).  And there is a fourth one Gnaani (man of pure wisdom).

The gnaani (individual of wisdom) displays eternally his unique devotion towards Mother equally in all circumstances whatsoever.

In Navarana puja the Brahmin has to do tarpan (oblation) with Milk and jaggery to nine outlets (Avaranas). Other ingredients are not to be used according to AAgama shastraas or scriptures. Here Brahmin means the individual who is having knowledge of Brahma.
Ghee and honey can be given as tarpan (oblation) by other castes.   This is given indetail by Deepakanaatha Siddha in his ‘Srividya suddhodaya’. It is mentioned in ‘Shubhaagama panchakam’ also.

The satwa guna people take Milk, ghee, and honey as their food. The conscious levels of Rajo and tamo guna people will be different. The devotees should not be desirous of anything in return to  their naivedyams given to the Mother as a token of gift in the form of fruits etc during worship.

Every act of devotion shall give good result without asking for it. As such one should not desire for wants. If it is done so, the result will be diminished.  The acts done with desires shall not be fulfilled fully. One should not do worships, and prayers, without love and affection.  They should not be done for the sake of them. That is the reason Bhagavan told Arjuna to do Nishkamakarma, i.e., to do work without asking for its fruits. That gives purity to the mind. That leads to liberty and real prayer(s).

Poojaa naama na pushpaadyairya matih kriyate drudhaa
Nirvikalpe mahaavyomni saa poojaa hyaadaraalyah
Pooja means not only submitting flowers but also surrendering his/her heart to God without any thought whatsoever that too with extreme concern.

The desire in determined mind can keep away the praarabdha (present) karma. This is superior to all other experiences. The desire less desire shall lead to  liberation and slavery to the body. The sadhak with pure mind only reach this state.

Yam yam lokam manasaa samvibhaathi
vishuddha satwah kaamayathe
Yaamshcha kaamaan tham tham lokam
jaayathe thaam scha kaamaan   --------
                                 Mundaka Upanishad – III-1-30.
The pure minded individual can make his justified mental desires fulfilled and obtain things.

This universe is manifested due to cause and effect theory. Its root cause Mother Divine. This is the spread of Paraavaak only.  This expansion of Paraavaak is done through six different ways. In these three ways are on Vaachyamu side, and the rest three are on Vaachakam side.

The trinity or Trayam on Vaachakam side is known as Kaladhwa or laukika (worldly procedure) kram,  and The trinity or Trayam on Vaachyam side is known as Deshadhwa or Pradesikaka (local procedure) kram. Adhwa in each group are to be understood as pashyanti, madhyama, and Vaikharee levels of Paradasha or the most superior Divyashakti or divine energy.

The sacred, auspicious, and pure Creation is having five  categories.  The first one is Para.  It is subtle or sookshma, and is the most superior one. The second one is Pashyanti, or bit less subtle. It is not yet differentiated or made tangible. The third one is Madhyama. It is   differentiated or made tangible.  It is Madhyama i.e., Sthoola or physical. But it is still not having clarity.

The one which is having clarity is known as Vaikharee.  This is of two types. They are Sookhmam or subtle and Sthoolam or physical.

Alphabets or Varnamulu/Aksharamulu, and Padamulu or words are manifested from this Vaikharee only.

Para is inherent in Shiva tatwa. That is initial movement for sound. This is known as Naada tatwam.
Pasyanti is replica for Shakti tatwa. This is known as Bindu tatwa. This is the most wonderful energy or force behind Creation.
The Tribindu is manifested from these three i.e., Para, Pashyanti, Madhyama. It is the root cause of all Mantras. Kaamakala is subtle, and most secretive. The cause of this has to be learnt from the ablest Deshika.

The Mother of Mothers shall express Herself in the form of effulgence. Then the duality i.e., Dwanda pravrutti in the individual will lose its presence.  Then each and everything in this universe will become different forms of that Mantra energy.  Our breath will become steady or Nischal. The senses or Indriyas will become interiorized (Antarmukham).
The body will lose its consciousness. We will become Dwatarahita or Adwaita, or become non dual. We will enjoy the unversalness (sarvamaanava saubhraatrutwam).  We will get united with Shiva and Shakti. This unity of Shiva shakti is nothing but Parabrahman or Mahatripura sundari. This is what we will comprehend.

Shadashwas in three different levels are given below. Their names are:
Vaachakadhwa (Shabda) > Vachyadhwa (Artha) > their related names in three levels.
Varnadhwa means the path of Aksharas or alphabets.
Kaladhwa contains five enclosures or peripheries.  They are:
Shantyathitha kala (Shiva tatwa), Shanthakala (Shakti or pure wisdom (Shuddha vidya), Vidyakala (Maya – Purusha), Prathisthaakala (Prakruti – Jala), and Nivruttikala (Pruthvee) > Para and Pashyanti.

Padaadhwwa contains words and alphabets.  >
Tatwadhva ( consists of 36 tatwas). It is complete system (Paripoorna vyavastha). > paraapara or Madhyama.

Mantraadhwa contains Mantras or Maha vaakyams ( the noble sentences). > bhuvanaadhwa i.e., according to Tantra shastra it consists of 118 tatwas. > Aparaa or Physical (Sthoola) Vaikharee.

Paraa vaak, shabda, and Artha or word are having inseperable  bondage. When manifested they started separating. This constructive descent consists of polarity. That means it contains subject and object. Ex:  Rama has read Veda or scriptures.

Here Rama is the subject, and read Veda or scriptures is the object.  Para is most superior and subtle. This Para leads to sthoola or physical Vaikharee (expressiveness) in this constructiveness.

Shabdaadhwa means getting into Paraa or Parashakti after all and getting Her Grace lest we will be entangled in bondage.

Nahi varna vibhedena dehabhedena vaa bhaveth
Paratwam nishkalatwena shakalatwena thadbhaveth
In Kalaadhva or Deshadhwa there will not be steady state of Paraa or Parashakti. Paraa or Parashakti state is inseperable  or Abheda. That inseperable  or Abheda state cannot stay together with all or mixed states.

Making aneka (Kalaadhwa plus Deshadhwa or energy) diversity into unity (Ekam) (Parashakti or Parabrahman) is the psalm of life. This one and only one Deshadhwa shall liberate the individual from bondage.
In Tripura siddhaanta, the primordial energy is differentiated into three different manifestations. They are:
Vibhaava (vyshti) manifestation,  Prabhaava (samishti) manifestation, and anubhava (experienced) manifestation.

The primordial (Mukhyashakti or Parashakti) energy only shall lives in all three Purams (Tripura). It is known as Sritripura or Mother Sritripurasundari.

It is beyond Brahma, Vishnu, Rudra, or Agni, Vayu, and Surya, or Vasu, Rudra, and Aditya.

There are three types of Agni or fire.  They are:
Aahaavaneeyaagni or Yaagaagni, Gaarhapatyaagni (the fire that is in the house), and Dakshinaagni or Shareera dahanaagni.   These three fires play a very important role in the life of man from birth to death.

Aahaavaneeyaagni or Yaagaagni in the life of Yogi belongs to heart.
Gaarhapatyaagni in the life of Family man belongs to Kootastha, the place in between the eye brows.
Dakshinaagni belongs to head.

There are three energies. They are: Ichchaashakti (will power), Kriyaashakti (action power), and Gnaanashakti (wisdom power). These are not correct or equal translations.  In reality they are Brahmi, Raudri, and Vaishnavee energies. These are the three energies of Mother Sridevi. They help for the manifestation of this universe (Jagath).  These three energies are inherent in each and every atom.

Three swaraas or Octave notes. They are: Udaattha, anudaattha, and Shwaritha. These are the procedures for reciting Vedic Mantras.

Hraswa, deergha, and Pluta are the procedures for chanting akaara, ukaara, and makaara of Omkaara.

Gaayatri, Baala, and Panchadashi/Shodasi) are the three kootams. The are: Vaagbhaava, Kaamaraaja, and shakti.

Bhoo – Pruthvee, Bhuvah – Aakaash, and Swah – Swarga are the three worlds.

Moolaadhaara, Anaahata, and Aagna are the three Chakrams or plexus.

Learned shall depend on Pramaatha (Adhikaaritha), Pramana (witness), and Prameya (Principle/siddhaantam).
Jalandhara, Kaamaroopa, and Poornagiri are the three Peethams or bases.
Three sacred Theerthams (pilgrimages) for taking sacred baths. They are: naasik, Pushkara, and Prayaaga.

Three energies reign this universe (Jagath). They are:
OM  – THATH  – SATH (according Vedas)
Nara  – Shiva  – Shakti (according to Tantra)
Jeeva  – Jagath  – Eeshwara (accoding to Vedaantham)
Ida  – Sushumna  – Pingala ((accoding to Kundlinee yoga).
Bhoota (Past)– Vartamaana (Present)– Bhavishyath (Future)  (Tenses)
Hrudya – Vyoma – Brahmarandhra ( important outlets)
Brahma – Kshatriya – Vaishya ( three varnaas)
Rig – Yajus – Saama (three Vedas)

Mother Divine shall manifest in different forms and appear to the devotee. When Mother Divine gives Her Divine appearance as the devotee shall overcome his physical difficulties.  Before contemplating physical, difficult, and dangerous travel, if we get the appearance of Mother Divine in Kshemaankaree form then we can overcome them.  If we get the appearance of Mother Divine in Mahabhairavee form then we can overcome or liberated from the difficulties that may arise due to demons (bhoota), Ghoules (preta), and  fiends (pishaachaas). If we get the appearance of Mother Divine in Thaara form then we can overcome the floods, and earth quakes.  If we get the appearance of Mother Divine in Tripura form then we can overcome the cycle of birth – death – birth. In nutshell, it can be construed that it will protect the devotee from the inundation into water like family (samsaar).

Shaktopaaya is another name for quest for absolute truth or Satyanveshana. To reflect in this like a mirror is to concentrate or fix the gaze only on  the object.  For this one should mobilize wisdom or gnaanam.  So for Shaktopaaya wisdom is of primary importance. This is also called gnaanopaaya.

For obtaining absolute truth, one has to find the path to route cause and reflection. The most superior is route to more superior one, like wise more superior is route to superior one etc.

The most superior Para is the route cause of manifestation of Pasyanti, madhyama, and vaikharee.

According to Agama siddhanta the two feet of Amba or Divine Mother are the replica of Shiva and Shakti. Or theyare the replica of Gnaana shakti (Wisdom powwr), and Kriya shakti( action power. This is artha naareeshwara tatwa.

The golden coloured pot like breast of Amba represents happiness. Kumaaraswami and Ganesha shall compete each other to drink that nectar like milk out of that breast. Here Kumara means young and energetic. Swami means the one knows oneself. Ganesha means the leader of all cells i.e., the pure mind. This is what Abhiyukta says.

The foot nested high is known as Nirvaana charanam. That is the root cause of Shakti. That is the replica of Divine wisdom or gnaana meant for busting or breaking the bondage.

In yogic parlance, Bindu represents the location for the union of Prana and Apaana that enters together into  Sushumna subtle naadi.  That can be possible through the guidance of Guru.

The imparted knowledge of Guru to the disciple is known as Gnaana biksha (the alms of wisdom). That only can open the gateway (Mukhadwaara) of Shivam. That is the way for universal brotherhood. That is the way for ‘we are the children of God’. . That is the way for quest for absolute truth or Satyanweshana.  ‘ekam satth vipraa bahudaa vadanti’, God is one and only one and it is described in different forms by the learned.  That is the way for knowing ‘God is one’.  Amma or Mother Divine or Parashakti shall bestow this knowledge in correct time through Sadguru, the Guru preceptor. Then the ego will be annihilated completely to the root. Then it will not sprout again.

Anava, shakta, and shaambhava are the three means that leads the devotee to the path of self realisation. The combination shall in fact lead to Anuttara, the state of no answer. That state is known as Jagadaananda sthithi, blissfulness. In that state, the whole Jagath or universe will become Divine and become a part of God. In that state everywhere and on all sides, one will find only blissfulness.  No diversity, and only unity will be beholden everywhere, within and without.  Chaitanyam or consciousness will be divided itself or experience itself as Gnaata (Knower), Gneyam (one which is to be known), and Gaanam (wisdom). Whether one sits in meditation or not, the devotee shall be experiencing complete fulfilment of nectar like bliss. Its predominance shall be increasing in leaps and bounds.  The eternal perception of Jagadaananda sthithi, blissfulness, is like that.  This is of six types.
They are:
1.   Nijaananda – Mind will be fixed to the idea of only experience. (pramaatha)
2.   Niraananda – Mind will be concentrating on the things that are not being experienced.
3.   Paraananda – Mind will be fixed to the point of union of Prana and Apaana.
4.   Brahmaananda – Mind will be fixed to the Samana air. That will unite different experiences into one.
5.   Mahaananda – Mind will be fixed to the Udaana air. That will unite whole wisdom and different experiences and merge them into soul.
6.   Chidaananda – Mind will be fixed to the Vyaana air.

The five different forms of glory of Divine Mother is explained below. They are:
Srushti (Creation), Sthithi (Maintenance), Samhaara (Destruction), Thirodhaanam or Vilayam (deluge), and Anugraham (compassion).

Creation:  Creation work.

Sthithi: to protect the manifestation.

Samhaara: procedure to withdraw manifestation

Thirodhaanam or Vilayam (deluge):  to conceal or camouflage the Soul.

Anugraham (compassion): compassion or advertising self.
The above five can be achieved by Jeeva or self in Vyshti or microcosm.
1.  To understand the thing through angels. That is known as super imposition or creation.
2.   Enjoy the experience up to the last. This angel is known as rakthi or sthithi.

3.  The intelligence to withdraw from a thing at the time of Vimarsha.
To withdraw different experiences shall lead to doubtful habits or
samskarams. That will after all gives birth to doubtful worm. That
worm will try to excavate again and again.  That will conceal the
real nature of Soul. This is known as Vilaya or beejavastaapana
        sthithi.

4.  The doubt and experience in the sadhak when burnt in the fire of consciousness, then only the sadhak will be eligible to for the Grace of Divine Mother.  Then his reality will come out.  This is known as anugraham or vilaapana according to Hatthapaka. This is called alamgraasa or self realisation. In this state the habits (samskaarams) or Samasaara seed (beejam) will be ruined with root from individual consciousness.  The Grace of Mother Divine  is  without any limits or conditions on the egoless sadhak.

In Kundalinee yoga the nucleus of Kundalinee force is heart. That is located in Vishuddha.  The ascending life force travels through Sushumna subtle nadi. It illuminates and causes happiness.  It leads to Lambika (Chatushpada) square. This is called Oordhwa rechakamu in Kriya yoga.

With the grace of blessed Guru, the sadhak shall be able to control his life force.  This is known as Guru yukti. Then the kundalini hidden in the individual shall get awakened.  Sadhak with the Grace of Mother Divine shall send Kundaline life force into the hert through Sushumna.  This comes with tremendous force or energy and heat from Moolaadhaara. It is called Vahni kundalinee.  In this wy the sadhak shall be able to control breath, mind, and Sperm.  This awakened kundalinee shall enter into Brahma nadi. Thisis known as middle path or Madhyemaarg.  This path is very subtle. This is of scarlet (Sindhoora varnam) colour.  The kriya shakti or action power will be like this only. Mother Divine is spotless.  Maha Tripura sundari and Kundaline life force both are one and the same.  The awakened kundalinee power will fructified in Sahasraara chakra. This is known as Shat chakra bhedana.

When the will power (Ichchaa shakti) is predominant, that will display the virginity of Shakti bala. Then the will power shall flow clearly and uninterrupted. That will overtake power of wisdom or Gnaana shakti. That leads to the manifestation of universe.  In the evolutionary process of manifestation of this universe or Jagat, Maya is the sixth step. The non-duality will be eliminated and duality will take place.  Maha maya shall display her power of beauty.

In the process of showing Her Grace to the sadhak, She will not perturb the senses of sadhak.  In stead it will make the sadhak to understand the Great unity with Parabrabrahman through senses.  Parashakti helps in leading from disunity to unity. That is the reason She is called Maha shakti or incredible force. She will display in evolution and involution both. Her impeccable and immaculate glory shall illuminate on all sides.

Without human effort  to understand the most superior absolute truth and reigning Divinity of Mother Maha Maya, shall Herself appear as a boon.  This path to self realisation is known as Shaambhavopaaya.  This truth may not appear apparently but shall appear or understandable to the devotees with Her Grace.  This is truth. This is known as Ichchaayoga according to Tantra shaastra.  This is called Antar drushti or inner sight. This Antar drushti is possible only to yoga sadhaks with the grace of Mother.  Maanasika veekshana (Kriyopaya) or (mental insight), and Gnaana veekshana (Gnaanopaaya) or (wisdom insight) shall be left ehind or pushed back. One may do sadhanaa or not in order to get self realisation, but Shaambhavopaaya is the only path to the real satyanveshi or seeker of absolute truth for obtaining self-realisation.  When the mental nature of the sadhak is spotless or impeccable, the Ichchaashakti or will power shall vividly illuminate. The Divine and stable Soul wisdom can pervade, permeate, and impregnate within and without the things is known as Shambhavopaya. This is the personification of energy transfer or Shakti path.

The limitless energies of Parabrahman shall be added unto the Yogi with the grace of Mother. The yogi shall be able to develop his concentration. He shall be able to get spiritual bliss with harmony. The sadhak shall be able to get four types of Sampragnaatha Samadhi (Trance). Then he will be aided and assisted by Yoginee shaktees.  They are:

1.     Savitarka samaadhi: Yoginee shaktees shall be interested to look after the Yogi eternally. Or yogi shall be able to think about these concerted things.

2.     Nirvitarka samaadhi: Yoginee shaktees shall be merged into the Yogi eternally. Or yogi shall be able to think about these concerted things with most superior way.
3.     Savichaara samaadhi: sadhak shall be merged into Yogini or yogini shall get the reflection of Yogi in Herself.

4.      Nirvichaara samaadhi: Yogi and yogini shall becoming one.

These four samadhis are called equanimous or samathulya sabeeja Samadhi or Bahirvastu beeja Samadhi.  These still contain some more seeds or routes that may remain in the mind of sadhak.  After these stages the sadhak enters into Nirvikalpa Samadhi. This Samadhi is the most superior one. With this all the routes or routes will be uprooted. All the doubts shall be eliminated. Then the sadhak will mentally enter into a state of pin drop silence or Nisshabdatha.

Divine Mother is all pervading through Her Ichchaa (Will power), Gnaana (wisdom power), and Kriya (acting power) shaktis.  She is spreaded through out this universe or Jagat within and without.  She is in Micro cosmos(Vyshti) as well as in Macro cosmos (Samishti). The sadhak must love Her stock, barrel, and gun (manasaa, vaachaa, and Karmanaa). Then only the sadhak will be liberated from all sorts of bondages.   The total surrendering of sadhak to the Mother Divine will be of twelve different types. They are:
1.  Mother Divine is my real form. So meditate on Her only.
2.  To put all efforts in order to gain Her Mercy. (vetthi)
3.  To chant Mantras of Divine Mother (Japathi)
4.  To behold Mother on all sides.(Aalokayathi)
5.  To think about all times on Mother Divine (Chinthayathi)
6.  To show utmost obedience to Mother Divine (anvethi)
7.   To surrender to Mother Divine(prathipaadayathi)
8.  To understand fully to Mother Divine (kalayathi)
9.  To worship Mother Divine through stotram (stuthi)
    10.Turn to Mother Divine  (aashrayathi)
    11.To Pray Mother Divine (archayathi)
    12. To hear intently the qualities of Mother Divine
          (gunanaakamayathi)
To understand the reality of life the above 12 different meditation procedures are 12 different matraas of Pranavam (Omkaaram).
They are:
Aa, yu, ma, half moon (artha Chandra), Bindu (dot), nirodhika, naada, naadaantha, shakti, vyaapini, samana, and unmana.  Remember there are no equivalent words for these Sanskrit words in any other language.
The 12th maathra (may be tab) Unmana is most respectable amongst all twelve. It is beyond all. It is the aasanam (chair or seat) or peetham for Para. Yogi hears these indescribable Dharma (s) or attributes with spontaneous dedication and enters into blissful state.

Kundalinee is chith shakti, Praana shakti, or chithanya shakti.  This Kundalinee is the main source of electricity. No other source is responsible for this electricity.  This is the main idea according to tantra or taantrika kundalinee yoga, is to control this kundalinee force only. The controlled kundalinee power will be diverted to super most paths.  Ego is the main obstruction for the free flow of Kundalineeight directions. This prevention of Kundalinee flow shall lead to the individual losing bliss, beatitude, eternal beauty, peace, unlimited, and the most superior happiness. The kundalinee force will be half awakened in case of normal individual. The more it is awakened the more the individual will be happy. Prana kundalinee shall work in physical state. Nada kundalinee shall work in mental or subtle state.  Bodha or gnaana kundalinee shall workmin Spiritual state.

The kundalinee shall be christened according to location.
1.   Artha kundalinee: Located at Moolaadhara.
2.   Oordhwa kundalinee:  Located at Sahasraara.
3.   Para kundalinee: Located beyond sahasraara.

Sahasraara and beyond is known as Kailasha paravatham or     Kailas.

According to Mechakaabha tantra:
In the ass i.e., Moolaadharchakra is called Naada chakra.
In the navel i.e., Naabhisthana or Manipura chakra  is called Maya chakra.
In heart i.e., Anaahata chakra,  it is called Yoga chakra.
In gullet or Lambika, i.e., Vishuddha chakra, it is called Bhedana chakra.
This Bhedana chakra is often mentioned in Lambika yoga.
In Kootastha, the place between twoeye brows,  i.e., Agna positive chakra, it is called Deepthi chakra.

Shringeri Sri Vidyashankara Mahaswami is always immersed in this Lambika yoga Samadhi. He is immersed into it on this day even. He is immersed in the form of chaturmoorteeshwara Shiva lingam. Beautiful Shiva temple is built on chaturmoorteeshwara Shiva lingam. This Mandir or temple is known as Vidyashankara Mandiram.  It is to be noted that the doubts will be annihilated to the yogis who do sadhana in thissacred  Mandir with the Grace of this Great sadguru preceptor.

The sixth chakra, Shanti chakra, is very important chakra.  People mistake it as Swadhistaana chakra.

One should understand the inner part of Srichakra. This is possible with the teachings of Sadguru.

This six petalled Srichakra shall denote the hidden anatomy of Sushumna subtle nadi.

In moolaadhaara chakra shiva trikona shall be resting on another trikona. Trikona means the triangle have three angles. These triangles shall be lying opposite to each other with its angles. According to yoga shaastra, it is located at Aagna chakra in physical body.  Shiva and shakti shall be existing in opposite with its triangles  but in unitedly they are having six angles called shatkonaakruthi. The shiva trikona (bindu), and Shakti trikon (yoni) both together is unitedly known as Shatkona mudra or shambhavee mudra. This is called Omkaara peetham.  This is known as seat or aasana of beeja (seed) mantra.

After this comes hruth karnika or Mukhamudra. This is the centre of Heart lotus. the sadhak has to meditate on this Heart lotus. This Heart lotus is known as Amritha beejam.  This shall lead the sadhak into the state of Cosmic bliss known as Jagadaananda sthithi.

The sadhak will experience Kundalinee in three levels   The first  one is inebriated or intoxicated state.  The awakened kundalinee is confined to Moolaadhaara chakra.

The kundalinee while travelling from Brahmarandhra  through sushumna to Moolaadhara, is known as descending Kundalinee or Atho  kundalinee sthithi.

Then the kundalinee while travelling from Moolaadhara through sushumna to Brahmarandhra it will illuminate like a lightning. That  is known as Ascending Kundalinee or Oordhwa kundalinee sthithi.

This has been described beautifully in Paraatrinshika. There are two stages viz., Aadikoti or Bahirdwaashaantha, and Anthakoti Antarwaada shaantha.  They are nothing but Atho and oordhwa kundalinee stages.
The unity of  Atho and oordhwa kundalinee stages isknown as Shatkona Mudra or shatpaatra kamalam. This shatpaatra kamalam or hexagonal lotus will not have any beginning and end. It is a Bindu or point.  The Yogi has to meditate on this Bindu or point.

Yogi has to meditate upon 15 vowels (Achchus), after this he has to meditate upon the 16th vowel. This is known as the heart lotus of Shiva. This 17th vowel or Kala is known as doubtless state. It is Bindukala. There in Bindukala, Prana and Apana both do not exist.  This is called Shomaansham.  The importance behind Mahasapthadashi  eternal oblations is this only. There is a custom called Nityakalaarchanam. This is beyond Shodashi Nitya. This pertains to Thureeya and Threeyatheetha stages or Samadhi and beyond Samadhi stages.

The sadhak shall be able to have a great control over his life force with intensive and long sadhana.  with this dexterity he shall go forward and gain ascending or oordhwa kumbhakam.  The sadhak shall utilise his breaths-in and breaths-out  in two different ways. He will merge his Prana into Apana, and Apana into Prana.

According to siddha procedures, they belong to 14th and 15th Kriya procedures. Lahiri Mahasaya has imparted the knowledge of eight kriya procedures to his disciples.  There are about 72 Kriya procedures. Out of these 72, a couple of people have the knowledge of 25 Kriya procedures. Let us discuss about last two Kriya procedures of 25 Kriya procedures. They are:
Samhaarakriya: with this kriya yogi shall exit through Brahmarandhra,
Brahmamelanakriya: This is also known as Ananda kriya, Maha kriya, Samadhi kriya, Kulaamritha kriya,, and Niraalamba kriya.

The above two ways of exiting the life force is called Devayaana or Utthara maarg, and Pitruyaana or Dakshina maarg. Apart from these two there is another path of exiting the life force from the yogic body. This is known as Bhairavi sthithi. This leads to Kriya Soonyatha.

Yaana means vehicle or ratham. In yogic parlance this is called leading to Sushumna subtle nadi. In several different ways one can enter into this Sushumna Royal path.

In Devayaana path Anavoya procedure is used. With this Anavopaya procedure, the life force shall enter into Sushumna.
In saktopaaya procedure the sadhak shall be immensely happy with self realisation or with Soul wisdom.

In Pitruyaana or Dakshina maarg Apaana vaayu shall enter in side through Anavopaya procedure.  The sadhak will be happily immersed in Kriya or action wisdom with Saktopaya procedure.
Above all there is a shaambhavopaaya procedure or path. In this the devotee keeps in constant touch with the Divine Mother.  He will eternally travel with the bipolar process of Prakasha and Vimarsha or Shiva and Shakti in and as Divine.

Sixteen habits (Shodasha samskaarams)
In the Santana Dharma of Bharat (India), the life of each and every  individual is revolve around different habits or samskaarams.  There is a lot of wisdom behind these.   These habits will start from birth and up to the death.  There are sixteen in total of these habits.  These are known as samskaarams or habits.  They are divided into two parts.  They are 1) samskaarams before birth, and 2) samskaarams after birth.
They are:
Garbhaadaanam (pregnancy) — pumsavanam — seemantham — Jaatha karma — naam karanam (Naming ceremony) — Nishkramanam — annpraasanam — choodaakarana — karnavedha — akshaaraabhyaasam — upanayanam — vedaarambham — keshaantham — samaavarthanam — vivaaham (marriage) — antyeshti.
