Nirvana shatkam:
Sivoham Sivoham Sivoham Sivoham Sivoham Sivoham
Mano budhyahamkaara chittaani naaham
Nacha shrotram na Jihava na cha ghraana netram
Na cha vyoma bhoomir na tejo na vaayuh
Chidaananda roopah shivoham shivoham   
I am not Mind intellect thought ego i.e., mano buddhi chitta ahamkaara. I am not panchendriyaas i.e., sense organs viz., eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and skin. I am not Pancha bhootaas i.e., five electricities viz., Earth (Pruthivi), water (aapah), Fire (tejo), air (vaayu), and ether (aakaasho). I am pure consciousness. Bliss, the self. I am auspicious Siva. I am auspicious Siva.
Aham prana samgno na vai pancha vaayuh
Navaa sapta dhaatuh na vaa pancha koshaah
Na vaakpaani paadau na chopastha paayoo
Chidaananda roopah shivoham shivoham
I am not the vital air.  I am not five chief airs viz., Praana, apaana, vyaana, samaana, and udaana.  As such I have anything to do with the physiological functions in the body.  I am not the seven fold material or sapta dhaatu that goes into the building of the body. They are Food, marrow, bone, fat, flesh, blood, and sperm. I am not the five sheaths or pancha koshaas. They are annamaya, Praanamaya, Manomaya, Vignaanamaya, and Anandamaya Koshas. I am not three bodies. They are Physical (sthoola), Astral (sookshma), and Causal (Kaarana).  I am not organs of action. They are palm, foot, anus, mouth, and phallus.  I am pure consciousness. Bliss, the self. I am auspicious Siva. I am auspicious Siva.
Na me dwesharaagau na me lobha moho
mado naiva maatsarya bhaavah 
na dharmo na chaartho na kaamo na mokshah
Chidaananda roopah shivoham shivoham
I have neither hatred (dwesha) nor likings, I have neither greediness (Lobha) nor Moha (attachment). I have neither  pride nor jealousy. I have not even need for the four main purposes of life. They are righteousness (Dharma), wealth (Artha), desire (Kama), liberation (moksha). I am pure consciousness. Bliss, the self. I am auspicious Siva. I am auspicious Siva.
Na punyam na paapam na saukhyam na dukkham
Na mantro na teertham na vedaa na yagnah
Aham bhojanam naiva bhojyam na bhoktaa
Chidaananda roopah shivoham shivoham
I am intangible to sin (paapam) or merit (punyam). Joy or sorrow cannot touch me. I know no Mantra. I have no sacred pilgrimage to make, I know no scripture. I am neither experiencer (subject), nor the experienced (object), nor the experiencing.  I am pure consciousness. Bliss, the self. I am auspicious Siva. I am auspicious Siva.  
Aham nirvikalpo niraakaara roopo
Vibhootwaachcha sarvatra sarvendriyaanaam
Navaa bandhanam naiva mukti na bandhah
Chidaananda roopah shivoham shivoham
I am thought free. I am formless. I am the vitality behind all sense organs of every one. I am all inclusive. I am neither  bound nor liberated.  I am pure consciousness. Bliss, the self. I am auspicious Siva. I am auspicious Siva.  
Na mrityur na shankaa na me jaati bhedah
Pitaanaiva me naiva maataa na janma
Na bandhur na mitram gurur naiva shishyah
Chidaananda roopah shivoham shivoham
I have no death. I have no birth. I have no caste, or creed distinction.  I have neither father nor mother. , I am never born. I have no kith and kin, I know no Guru, nor I am a disciple. I am pure consciousness. Bliss, the self. I am auspicious Siva. I am auspicious Siva.
