Shiva panchaaksharee mantra:

Naagendra haaraaya trilochanaaya

Bhsmaamgaraagaaya maheswaraaya

Nityaaya shuddhaaya digambaraaya

Tasmai shree nakaaraaya namah shivaaya

He who wears snakes i.e., senses as necklace, he who is  third eyed,  he who is beyond Maya, he whose  poignant looks are like arrows, he who is eternal, he who is spotless,  he who is spread on all sides, and ‘na’ i.e., who is limitless pure wisdom mind, I pray to that Shiva (limitless pure wisdom mind).

Mandaakinee salila chandana charchitaaya

Nandeeshwara pramathanaatha maheshwaraaya

Mandaaramukhya bahupushpa supoojitaaya

Tasmai shree makaaraaya namah shivaaya

He who is besmeared with nature as sandalwood powder,

He who is the leader of primary legions i.e., mind, intellect, chittha, and ahamkaara (ego),

He who is adored with flowers  mind, intellect, chittha, and ahamkaara (ego),

He who is not bound by any form (Ma),

We pray that Shiva (pure mind).

Shree neelakanthaaya vrushadhwajaaya

He who is auspicious, he who like sun blossom the various lotuses of cosmic energy, he who destroy the sacrifices done with ego, he whose gullet is transformed into blue colour with incessant sdhana, he whose spinal cord is straight and erect like bull, we pray that si i.e., auspicious pure mind Shiva.

He who is worshipped by sages like Vashishta, Agastya, and Gauthama etc, he who is having three eyes viz., Chandra (pure mind), Sun (Cosmic energy), and Fire (pure physical consciousness),  we pray to that Va varishta i.e. Shiva, the pure mind.

He who is invisible to naked eyes, he who wears pure minds, he who holds his spinal cord as PINAKA bow, he who is eternal, he who is intangible, he who is formless, and subtle, we pray to that Ya i.e., auspicious pure mind Shiva. 

 Navagraha mantras and yoga meaning 

Mercury(Budha)—Venus(Shukra)—Earth—Mars(Kuja)—Jupiter(Guru/Brihaspati)—Saturn(Shani)—Uranus—Neptune—Pluto. This is the order.

Budha or Mercury is the Prince.

Jupiter(Guru/Brihaspati), and Venus(Sukra} are the Ministers.

Sun—Soul—king

Moon—Mind—king.

Mars or Kuja is the Army commander—courage & valour .

Saturn (shani) is the servant—cruel vision and cause of misery.

Jupier(Guru/Brihaspati)—wisdom, happiness, education & Spirituality

Venus(Sukra}—Courage (Veerya)

Rahu & Ketu are soldiers.

Sun Mantra:

Saptaswa rathamaaroodham

prachandam kasypaatmjam

Swetapadmadharam devam tham

Sooryam pranamaamyaham.

Ravi or sun is the king.

This body is called Ratha or chariot. To sustain this body the

Unique Cosmic energy of Cosmic consciousness takes the form of seven chief category maruths. They are:

1) aavaha, 2) Pravaha, 3) vivaha, 4) paraavaha, 5) udvaha, 6) samvaha & 7) Parivaha.

Chandra Sun (Moon):

Swetasva samaaroodham keyoora makutojwalam

Jatadhara siroratnam tam chandram pranamaamyaham.

Chandra is also king.

Chandra is the controller of mind. The desirable pure mind is akin to white horse rider. White horse resembles pure senses. So pure mind is a tiara decorated with jewels. Siva is the God decorated with the communion of a pure minded souls. Namaskaram to that Moon. 

He will guide us in regard to business, and work. Let him guide us in mental conflicts.

Anaahata chakra is the place for Chandra.

This chakra is of blue colour.

Mangal mantra (Mars):

Dharanee garbha sambhootam

Vidyut Kaanti Sama-prabham
Kumaram Shakti Hastam Tham

Mangalaam Pranamamyamaham

Mangal is the chief of army.

I pray to Mars, born of Earth, His effulgence is like that of lightning. He is called Kumara. That means he is energetic and he holds in his hand weapon called Shakti. Energy is required to face the enemies, internal and external. Namaskaram to that Mangal.

His place is Manipura chakra. This chakra is of Red colour.

He will guide us to face the enemies, internal and external. He will not allow us to commit mistakes.

Budha mantra (Mercury):

Triyangu kalikasyaamam

roopena pratimam budham

Soumyam soumya gunopetam

tam budham pranamaamyaham  

He is intelligent and gentle in quality,  Namaskaram to that Budha or Mercury.

He is very talkative and business minded.

His place is Agna chakra. This chakra is of Milky white colour.

Guru mantra:

Devannamcha Rishinaamcha Gurum kanchana sannibham

Buddhipootam Trilokesham tam Gurum namamyaham.

He reflects many shades of white, red, orange, brown, and yellow. It is proportional to the prevailing atmosphere in Jupiter.

Guru/Jupiter/Brihaspati, is the preceptor of saints, Gods, and Rishis. He is the embodiment of Buddhi or intellect. He is adored in all three worlds, Physicl, astral, and causal.

Namaskaram to that Guru/Jupiter/Brihaspati.

Lert him guide us in marriage and education.

His place is Swadhistaana chakra. This chakra is of orange yellow colour.

Shukra (Venus) Mantra:

Himakunda mrina laabham

daityaa naam param Gurum

Sarva shaastra pravaktaanaam

tam shukram pranamaamyaham.

Shukra is of Bright white complexion and hence sophistification.

Shukra or Venus is the leader of all negative forces in the body. He will cause benefit by making them cool like a cool mountainous soil.

He is the master of all scriptures. Namaskaram to that Shukra or Venus.

Let him bring happiness to our family.

His place is Vishuddha chakra. This chakra is of Pure white colour.

Shani (Saturn) mantra:

Neelaanjana samaabhaasam

Raviputram yamaagrajam

Chaayaa maartaanda sambhootam

Tam shanim pranamaamyaham

Shani or Saturn is of dark blue complexion, He is the son of sun (Cosmic consciousness), he is the off spring of Cosmic energy and nature.

Namaskaram to that Shani or Saturn.

Let hin bless us in our prosperity, house hold affairs, & daily affairs. 

His place is Mooladhaara chakra. This chakra is of Yellow colour.

Raahu mantra:

Ardha kaayam mahaaveeryam

Chandraditya vimardhanam

Simhikaa garbha sambhootam

tam raaum pranamaamyaham

Rahu is of black colour.

He is supposed to be a shadow planet. He is the off spring of moon and sun. He is very powerful with half body only. That means he is having exceptional strength of mind and cosmic consciousness combined together. He is borne out of powerful wisdom mind.

Ketu mantra:

Palaasha pushpa sankaasham

Taarakaagraha mastakam

Raudram raudraatmakam ghoram

Tam ketum pranamaamyaham

He appears like a Palaasha flower which is of brown colour. He guides us to spirituality. As such he is very strict, anger, and careful.

Namaskaram to that Rahu. He is of brown colour.
