Kriya yoga? Techniques-- Horoscope faults
What
is Kriyayoga?
Kriyayoga
consists of 1) Hathayoga (yoga
exercises) (2) Layayoga (hamsaa) and Ohm techniques) (3) Karmayoga (Service)
(4) Mantrayoga and (5) Rajayoga.
Hey man, awake from this ignorance. “Sat” means the absolute/eternal
Truth, Nyaasa means the Quest. Doer of the quest for absolute/eternal Truth is
Sanyasa. With the practice of KriyaYoga, the meditating devotee gets
Samadhi. Sama (equal or merge with) Adhi (Parabrahman, God the
father), Merge with God.
God has given Will power to Man. Misery, Pleasure, Happiness of
Sense/Action organs are experienced by Physical body.
Man will not get any punishment until he does not utilize his Physical
body for any crime. There is a provision for a change/realization till the last
moment and can escape from the crime.
The outgoing force of life energy at the base of the spine in
Moolaadhara (Coccygeal) Chakra is called Kundalinee. The Kundalinee serpent
force runs down through a circular passage coiled 3½
turns like a snake, into the nerves. Only by super Psycho-Physical methods like Kriya Yoga Practice, this Kundalinee can be awakened.
turns like a snake, into the nerves. Only by super Psycho-Physical methods like Kriya Yoga Practice, this Kundalinee can be awakened.
The Kundalinee passage is the Gate Way of the outgoing Life Force at the
base of the spine. This gateway is responsible for flooding the life current
from the soul region of the different senses of sight, touch, smell, taste, and
hearing, including the earth bound, physical, creative force of sex. When
this is ego oriented then it is called sleeping Kundalinee. When it is God
oriented due to Kriya sadhana, it is called awakened Kundalinee.
If the battery is not charged in regular intervals in a mobile cell
Phone whenever required, it will be dead. Man will bring his Prarabdha or
present karma out of his accumulated Sanchita Karma or past karma. Man brings
along with his Prarabdha or present karma in the form of Hamsa. One Hamsa=One
breath-in and one breath-out. To have a healthy and energetic life, at least,
one has to awaken the Kundalinee life force by doing Kriyayoga Sadhana 30
minutes in the morning and evening. This Kundalinee force is called
Draupadi in Mahabharata.
Kriyayoga Is A Science:
We need to spend nearly 40 thousands of proteins daily for our energy
needs. With the regular practice of Kriyayoga we can increase these proteins
and can remove ageing and diseases. The lack of coordination between organs
like liver, heart and kidneys etc and Live cells are the main reason for ageing
and diseases.
Genes makes the sick cells healthy. The required amount of energy can be
given to genes with KriyaYoga thus leading to the coordination betweens organs
like liver, heart and kidneys etc.
Hydrogen Bomb is made on the pattern of fusion. External retention of life force is called
Baahya kumbhakam in Sanskrit. This External retention of life force or Baahya
kumbhakam is akin to Hydrogen bomb. You can reduce the diseased cells through
this External retention of life force or Baahya kumbhakam. In this External
retention of life force or Baahya kumbhakam, the living cells are kept out and
then energy is created.
Atom Bomb is made on the pattern of fission, Internal retention of life
force is called Antah kumbhakam in Sanskrit. This Internal retention of life
force or Antahkumbhakam is akin to Atom bomb.
You can reduce the diseased cells through this Internal retention of life
force or Antaha kumbhakam. In this Internal retention of life force or Antaha
kumbhakam, the living cells are kept in and then energy is created.
Every live cell is the replica of human being. Live cell contains GENE,
GENE contains CHROMOZOME, CHROMOZOME contains DNA. DNA molecule is very
important constituent part of Live cell.
Every live cell can produce protein, GENE and ENZYMES. GENE shall
indicate hereditary qualities. HARMONES will provide the necessary fillip to
these Genes and causes healthiness. Only 100 out of thousands of genes that
cause ill health were so far found out. It may take number of years to find out
the rest of the disease causing Genes.
With Chakra Dhyana, Beejakshara Dhyana in the chakraas i.e., chanting of
root word in the respective plexus, in Kriya yoga one can produce the required
amount of 40-50 thousands of proteins for the health of the body, and hence can
live with peace and tranquility without any ill health whatsoever. By over indulging in senses man can not experience the sweetness inherent in the
living cell.
Every living cell contain six acids viz., Deoxy adenylic, guanylic,
Ribosy, & citedylic acids, thymidylic & phosphoric acids and also
sweetness.
The Yogi or sadhak do Aum meditation in chakras. That yogi progressively settles in Sahasrara
chakra located in the top of the head with KHECHARI MUDRA (a particular Yogic
posture) can definitely experience this sweetness. This sweetness enters
through Idea Body to Subtle and then to Physical body.
Ida naadi is river Ganga, Pingala naadi is river Yamuna and Sushumna is
river Saraswati. These three subtle naadis merge at Kootastha or Agna+chakra.
This is called confluence of three rivers i.e., Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati.
The life force or Jeewaatma in the Kootastha reaches Sahasraara through
Sushumna. This is called samaadhi state. The rest of the nadis i.e., Ida and
Pingala remain at Kootastha only. Ida goes left and pingala goes right.
Physical exercises, self control and meditating on Aum are the
constituents of Kriya yoga. Kriyayoga is a metaphysical procedure. The blood is
decarbonized and will invigorate with life force. The living cells in the head
are having positive polarity. The cells in the remaining body
are having negative polarity. The blood invigorated with life
force shall reduce the cell decay. The heart gets relief.
Stopping the breath is given much importance in Rajayoga. In KRIYAYOGA,
life force is controlled, spinal cord is magnetized, life force is directed to
Sahasraara chakra on the top centre of the head, so that the nerves in the head
get relief and ability. Here spinal cord works like a solenoid through which
electric current passes and hence making the spinal cord into a electro magnet.
Breath is having energy only but not awareness. Life force is having
both energy and awareness.
If you inhale
(poorakam) and fill the kootastha (the place between eye brows) with life force
fully and then exhale (rechakam) life force fully out of Moolaadhara chakra,
then there will be generation of electro magnetic force.
Surrendering Senses to
GOD is called PRAYER.
Surrendering Ida,
pingala & sushumna and 5 life forces is called sacred water ablutions
(Abhishekamu) to GOD.
Surrendering
antahkarana (Mind) is called lighting a candle before GOD. Surrendering all the
six plexuses is called offering flowers to GOD.
Surrendering quality of fire in Manipura Chakra is
called burning incense stick before GOD.
Surrendering all your
desires is called offering food (Naiwedyamu) to GOD.
Surrendering all the
results of Karma to God is called Eeswara Pranidhaanam or complete surrender.
Utility of Kriyayoga
Meditation:
The meditation in
plexus (chakraas) removes cruelty,
Meditation in
Mooladhara chakra removes revengeful attitude & stealing quality.
Meditation in
Swadhisthaana chakra removes doubtfulness.
Meditation in Manipura
chakra removes hatred and one upmanship.
Meditation in anaahata
chakra removes passionate mind & I am superior to everybody type of
quality.
Meditation in Visuddha
chakra removes greediness & chatter box quality Meditation in aagna chakraa
chakra removes pride& hastiness.
Tapaha swadhyaayeswara
pranidhaanaani kriyayogaha.
The combination of
pranayama techniques, severe Penance, reading & understanding of
scriptures, and total surrender to GOD is called Kriyayoga.
Patanjali is a replica
of reunion of Atman and Brahman.
One ton of theory is equivalent to one ounce of practice. .
Practicing Kriyas(Anushtaana Vedanta)
Mooladhara chakra, Swadhistana chakra, Manipura chakra, Anahata chakra,
Visuddha chakra, Agna chakra, and Sahasrara chakra are chakras or plexus in
ascending order.
Mooladhara chakra, Swadhistana chakra, Manipura chakra, Anahata chakra, and
Visuddha chakra represent Five Pandavas in Mahabharat, Indian epic.
Draupadi is the wife of Five Pandavas. Draupadi represents Kundalinee.
Sahadeva, Nakula, Arjuna, Bheemasena, and Yudhistira are Five Pandavas.
In Macro level it is called Maya. In Micro level or individual level, Maya
is called Kundalinee.
Mooladhara chakra represents Prithvee tatwa or earth.
Swadhistana chakra represents Jala or Varuna or water tatwa.
Manipura chakra represents Agni or Fire tatwa.
Anahata chakra represents Vayu or Air tatwa.
Visuddha chakra represents Akahsa or Ether tatwa.
Agna chakra represents Krishna or Christ tatwa., and
Sahasrara chakra represents Cosmic Consciousness or Parabrahman, or God the
Father.
Kundalinee i.e. Drapadi exists in the anus near the vicinity of Mooladhara
chakra. Mooladhara chakra is called Sahadeva chakra.
Take 2½ Knuckles’ measure of the individual’s index finger nailed knuckled
portion.
This measure above the Moolaadhara Chakra in the Spinal Cord is the
Swaadhistaanachakra, Nakula Chakra.
Manipurachakra or Arjunachakra, exists behind navel in the Spinal Cord.
Anahatachakra, or Bheema chakra,
exists behind Heart in the Spinal Cord..
Visuddhachakra or Yudhistira, exists in Gullet in the Spinal Cord.
Agnaachakra, or SriKrishna Chakra or Christ Chakra, exists in Kootastha.
Kootastha is the space between the eye brows in the fore head.
In the centre of the top surface of skull, above the Cerebrum, exists
Brahmarandhra. Underneath the Brahmarandhra exists Sahasraara chakra,
Paramatmachakra or God the Father.
Every man/woman has moolaadhaara, Swaadhistaana, Manipur, anahata,
visuddha, agnaa and Sahasrara chakras in the spinal cord and head respectively.
They belong to Karana Chetana which is highly spiritualized.
Moolaadhaara, Swaadhistaana, and Manipura chakras are worldly (Samsara)
Chakras. They are called Kurukshetra in Mahabharata.
Manipur, Anahata and Visuddha chakras are of Mixed ones i.e., Worldly-Spiritual
Chakras. They are called Kurukshetra.-Dharmakshetra.
Visuddha, Agnaa and Sahasrara chakras are Spiritual Chakras. They are
called Dharmakshetra.
There are 72,000 subtle nadis in human body. Out of these three nadis, Ida,
Pingala and Sushumna, are very important. They start from mooladhara in Spinal
cord and travel together up to Agna Positive, the space between the two eye
brows in the forehead.
From Kootastha Sushumna travels up to Sahasrara in Brahmarandhra, the
middle top of the head.
With Kriyayoga Sadhana, the Sadhaka, meditating yogi, has to awaken the
Kundalini, the individualized Maya, and direct it to the Sahasraara through the
subtle nadi Sushumna in the Spinal cord, Merudanda.
The awakened Kundalini shall pass through the Chakras, the junction boxes
or astral centres, Mooladhara, Swadhisthaana, Manipura, Anahata, Visuddha, Agna
negative, Agna positive, and reaches Sahasrara Chakra, the 1000 petaled one in
the Dharma kshetra field. This is the
ideal and ultimate goal for a Sadhaka or meditating yogi.
The fight between the for and against forces in this meditation or Sadhana
is the Mahabharata war.
The awakened Kundalini crossing Mooladhara (Sahadeva), Swadhisthaana
(Nakula), Manipura (Arjuna), Anahata (Bheema) and Visuddha (Yudhistira) Chakras
is called Draupadi marrying Five Pandavas.
The Sadhak has to break/cross three Granthis in his Sadhana. They are:
(1) Brahma granthi, (2) Rudra Granthi and (3) Vishnu Granthi.
Brahma granthi, The first one, is in the field of Kurukshetra spreading
from Mooladhara (Sahadeva), and up to Manipura (Arjuna). This is related to
human physical body, Sthoola Shareer, and hence body consciousness, Manava
chetana. This is always entangled with human relations and causes Physical
pain/problem of one or the other during Sadhana, Meditation, and shall not make
the Sadhana to move forward. The Physical body that exists from time immemorial
shall have Physical pain/problem, one or the other, is but natural. That is the
reason to say,’ ADI BHAUTIKA SHANTI’. For Adi Bhautika Shanti ASANA SIDDHI,
Firm posture, is essential.
Rudra Granthi is the next one in the meditation or sadhana, the meditating
man has to cross. This is in the field of Kurukshetra-Dharmakshetra spreading
from up above Manipura and up to Agna negative, in the vicinity of Pituitary
Gland. This is related to Subtle body,
Sookshma Shareera, and hence mind consciousness, Manasika chetana. This always
makes the mind to entangle with innumerable thoughts, one or the other during Sadhana, Meditation,
and shall not make the Sadhana to move forward. The Subtle body that exists
from time immemorial shall have this thought problem, one or the other, is but
natural. That is the reason to say,’ ADI DAIVIIKA SHANTI’. For Adi Daivika
Shanti, Dharana, steady mind, is essential.
The last and final one is Vishnu Granthi. This is in the field of
Dharmakshetra spreading from up above Agna negative, in the vicinity of
Pituitary Gland, to Sahasraara. This is
related to Idea body, Karana Shareer, and hence God consciousness, Adhyatmika
chetana. This always makes the Sadhak to come out of Sadhana, on one pretext or
the other during Sadhana, Meditation, and shall not make the Sadhana to move
forward. The Idea body that exists from time immemorial shall have this Sadhana
disturbance problem, one or the other, is but natural. That is the reason to
say,’ ADHYATMIIKA SHANTI’. For Adhyatmika Shanti Dhyana, one pointedness, is
essential.
72,000 subtle nadis exist in our body. They are not visible to the naked
eye. For distant (Tele) object measuring (Scope) i.e., Telescope is required.
To measure smallest indivisible particle Micro Scope is required. Similarly to
see the subtle nadis THIRD EYE in kootastha is required.
Amongst them three nadis, Ida (left side in the spinal cord), Pingala
(right side) and Sushumna (in the middle of spinal cord), are very important.
All three nadis, Ida , Pingala and Sushumna, start from Moolaadhara chakra
and travel up to Kootastha, the space between the two eye brows in the fore
head. Both Ida and Pingala stop at
Kootastha. Sushumna travels further and goes up to Sahasraara underneath the
Brahmarandhra in the middle top surface of the head.
Yogis and men of Pure wisdom shall travel thro Sushumna while leaving this
Physical body at death.
Ida on the left side in the spinal cord spreads up to left side of the
nostril which is called Chandra nadi, Pitru nadi or Krishnayaana nadi. Men
lagging pure wisdom and desirous of fruits of their works shall pass through
this Ida Nadi at death.
Pingala on the right side in the spinal cord spreads up to the right side
of the nostril which is called Surya nadi, Deva nadi or Suklayaana nadi. Men
undesirous of fruits of their works shall pass through this Ida Nadi at death.
The procedure before starting Sadhana:
Sit
erect in Vajrasana, Padmasana or Sukhaasana with Gnaana Mudra or sahaja Mudra
or yoni mudra.
Press
top of index finger with top of thumb and keep the rest of the fingers straight.
This is GnanaMudra.
Press
top of both thumbs and put the in the navel without gap and press a little. And
Press both tops of index fingers pointing them toward earth. This is Yoni
mudra.
Insert
both hands’ fingers into one another and clasp the fingers.
Press
pelvis a little underneath the navel.
Always
face north or east. Get relaxed. Fix the gaze in kootastha. Kootastha is the
place between the eye brows.
Yogi, Bhogi and rogi:
One Hansa = one Breath in - and one
Breath out
Healthy man shall do 21,600 Hansas (Breaths in - and Breaths out) in 24
Hours. That amounts to 15 Hansas per minute.
The one who takes 15 Hansas per minute is called BHOGI.
The one who takes less than 15 Hansas per minute is called YOGI. The more lesser hansas per minute he takes,
greater the yogi he is.
The one who does more than 15 Hansas per minute is called ROGI. Rogi means
the one who is having disease/ill health. The more the Hansas per minute he
takes, more the rogi he is.
A
tortoise takes very few Hansas in a day and hence live more than thousand
years. The ideal of every yogi is to do as much less Hansas in a day as
possible.
Sama
means to merge with and adhi means God the father. Samadhi means merge with God the Father.
Hansas
should be quite longer as per your capacity. If thoughts are engulfing you,
apply KHECHARI mudra. That is put your tongue back into the gullet by folding
it back. If it touches uluva is well and good.
The
healthy man/woman does 600Hansas in 96 minutes in 24 hours in Mooladhara
chakra,
6000Hansas
in 144 minutes in 24 hours in Swadhistaanachakra, 6000Hansas in 240 minutes in
24 hours in Manipurachakra, 6000Hansas in 288minutes in 24 hours in
Anaahatachakra,
1000Hansas
in 384 minutes in 24 hours in Visuddhachakra,
1000Hansas
in 48 minutes in 24 hours in Agna+ chakra,
and
1000Hansas in 240minutes in Sahasraarachakra.
96+144+240+288+384+48+240Minutes=24Hours=One
day.
To
merge with Father, Cosmic Consciousness, is Samadhi. After getting Samadhi
enjoy the beatitude. No need to do further Kriyas till the Samadhi lasts.
Kundalini
is like a coiled serpent underneath the anus. This is called Draupadi in
Mahabharata, Padmavati in Tirupati Balaji Charitra and Sita in Ramayana.
When
the sleeping Kundalini awakens, one may get heaviness in the head, ticklish
sensation in the spinal cord, pricking sensation in the neck etc.
Sampragnaata
Samadhi means doubt ridden Samadhi and
Asampragnaata
Samadhi means doubtless Samadhi. Here doubt means whether I (meditating yogi or
sadhak) shall reach God through this meditation or not?
When
Kundalini is awakened and if it raises up to Mooladhara, Sadhaka will have 80%
doubt remain,
Kundalini
is awakened and if it raises up to Swadhistaana 60% doubt remains,
Kundalini
is awakened and if it raises up to Manipura 40% doubt remains,
Kundalini
is awakened and if it raises up to Anahata 20% doubt remains,.
When
awakened Kundalini raises up to Visuddha then sadhak gets
Asampragnaata
Samadhi means doubtless Samadhi.
The
Samadhi which the sadhak gets in Agna, and Sahasrara chakras is/are called
Asampragnata Samadhi or trance.
Preperation before starting Sadhana:
Sit
erect in Vajrasana, Padmasana or Sukhaasana with Gnaana Mudra or sahaja Mudra
or yoni mudra.
Press
top of index finger with top of thumb and keep the rest of the fingers
straight.
Always

place between the eye brows.
The Technique of Inviting SadGurus, the Masters:
Say mentally:
Om Sri Krishna, Come, Please come. Sit in my Mandir (Altar) of Heart. I
prostrate before thee at your lotus feet. Please keep your lotus feet on my
bowed head. Please bless me. Om Sri Krishna, Om Sri Krishna, Om Sri Krishna.
Om Christ, Come, Please come. Sit im my Mandir (Altar) of Heart. I
prostrate before thee at your lotus feet. Please keep your lotus feet on my
bowed head. Please bless me. Om Christ, Om Christ, Om Christ.
Om Mahavatar Babaji, Come, Please come. Sit im my Mandir (Altar) of Heart.
I prostrate before thee at your lotus feet. Please keep your lotus feet on my
bowed head. Please bless me. Om Mahavatar Babaji, Om Mahavatar Babaji, Om
Mahavatar Babaji.
Om Lahiri Mahasaya, Come, Please come. Sit im my Mandir (Altar) of Heart. I
prostrate before thee at your lotus feet. Please keep your lotus feet on my
bowed head. Please bless me. Om Lahiri Mahasaya, Om Lahiri Mahasaya, Om Lahiri
Mahasaya.
Om Sri Yukteswar, Come, Please come. Sit im my Mandir (Altar) of Heart. I
prostrate before thee at your lotus feet. Please keep your lotus feet on my
bowed head. Please bless me. Om Sri Yukteswar, Om Sri Yukteswar, Om Sri
Yukteswar.
Om Guru Paramahansa Yogananda Swamiji, Come, Please come. Sit im my Mandir
(Altar) of Heart. I prostrate before thee at your lotus feet. Please keep your
lotus feet on my bowed head. Please bless me. Om Guru, Om Guru, Om Guru.
Oh!
divine Gurus, Please come, stay in my heart altar. Bless me to chant your holy
name always. Bless me so that I will always have dedication, Bhakti, love,
affection, respect, trust, obedience, and Faithfulness upon you all.’’
Oh
Paramatma, Please come, stay in my heart altar. Bless me to chant your holy
name always. Bless me so that I will always have dedication, Bhakti, love,
affection, respect, trust, obedience, and Faithfulness upon you all.’’
Now
fixing the gaze in Kootastha and mind in Sahasraara chakra meditate for
15minutes. If sadhaka gets Samadhi he should continue till it lasts. With the
blessings of Gurus & God sadhaka feels enormous happiness and gets self
confidence and right thinking.
Always meditate by fixing the gaze in kootastha. No need to chant any
Mantra during Meditation.
If the Sadhak hears the
auspicious/sacred OM Sound then he should merge with that OM sound. If the
effulgence appears then he should merge with that effulgence.
If third eye appears then one should concentrate on outer yellow colour
first, then on the Opal Blue colour and then on the five pointed Silver star
and then merge with it.
While meditating in Kootastha if the mind and gaze is drawn to Sahasraara
then the Sadhak should meditate in Sahasrara only.
Samadhi
To
merge with Father is Samadhi. After getting Samadhi enjoy the beatitude. No
need to do further Kriyas till the Samadhi lasts.
When
Kundalini is awakened then the Sadhak, Meditating yogi, gets tickling
sensations in Spinal Cord, heavy sensation on the top of the head, pricking
sensation in neck, feeling of called by somebody, feeling of somebody’s hand on
the shoulders, feeling of someone is sitting besides you, hearing of OM sound
loudly, etc., are the natural ones.
If one is unable to bear these vibrations then he should meditate in
Moolaadhara Chakra.
With the help of Sraddha, Veerya, Smriti, and Samadhi one should experience
OMKAR.
Sraddha means the natural love and affection of Heart.
Veerya means morality personified.
Smriti means Right way of thinking.
Samadhi means steady concentration.
Through yama and Niyama Veerya has to be got.
Meditation is funeral to all sorrows.

The Sadhak, Meditator, should do long Hansas in Super conscious level with
the gaze fixed in Kootastha till he gets Samadhi. There should be a long gap
between each and every Hansa. Each time
the Sadhak should retain/hold the breath in and breath out as per his
capacity. He should enjoy that Samadhi state till he comes back to the
normal Physical state.
The above procedure is to be followed by the Sadhak before the start of any
technique.
Some of the
noteworthy divine emissaries are as follows:
Bhagavan
Sri Krishna: He appeared many centuries before Jesus.
He redeemed virtuous Pandavas of Mahabharat who were oppsed vice Kurus. Krishna
was a poorna avatar i.e., full embodiment if divinity. He gave Bhagavad Gita to
the world. It is the yoga science of the soul and its path to liberation in
Spirit.
Gautam
Buddha: When the message of mercy needed Buddha was
incarnated. He avoided priestly practices of rituals and mechanical ceremonies.
He emphasized the righteous action to escape the ever rotating karmic wheel of
birth and death. He gave importance of compassion to all creatures. He tells
you to feel the presence of Divinity in all life. Many animal sacrificial rites were stopped.
Nirvana was
misinterpreted. (The cessation of ego consciousness and its consequent reincarnation)—The
root cause of rebirth is ego. Overcome the material desires, liberate yourself
but not extinction.
Jesus
Christ: Jesus brought
the message of faith and devotion for attaining the kingdom of heaven.
Swami
Sankara: 7th
century A.D. Supreme Spirit is
ever-existing, ever-conscious, and ever-new bliss. The positive conception of
God was the need of the hour. Overcome the material desires, then the soul will
be united to the state of ever-existing, ever-conscious, and ever-new bliss.
God, Spirit, is that ever-conscious, and
ever-new bliss. So meditate on the
inner-self, the secret shrine of the blissful Infinite Spirit in man.
Sri
Chaitanya Mahaprabhu: 12th Century A.D. He ignited ardent love for God. His path of
all-surrendering Bhakti or devotion is in fact developing personal relationship
with God.
Mahavatar
Babaji: Ageless Sad
Guru. He gave Kriya yoga to the world through Yogavatar Lahiri Mahasaya
Maharaj. Make God contact through scientific concentration and meditation.
Lahiri
Mahasya: Religion
should rise above superficial differences. Concentrate on Morality, interiorize
the mind, and attune with God, the Infinite. Kriya yoga is unique and practical
apart from morality and self-discipline. Kriya Yoga gives step-by-step
ascension to Self-realization through successive states of Super-consciousness,
Christ-Consciousness, and Cosmic Consciousness, and then ultimately merges in
the Supreme Being.
The
illimitable Infinite cannot be confined to any one form with its inherent
limitations. Masters are distinguished qualitatively according to the number of
souls they have helped to elevate to Krishna/Christhood, and quantitatively
according to the number of people they inspired.
Preperation before starting Sadhana:

Procedure
of Special Pranayama techniques.
1)
Stress, depression removal Technique
One
Hansa = one breath in, and one breath out
a)
Sub conscious state or sleeping state.
Bend
your neck and meditate in this state for Five minutes.
Do
longer Hamsas as per one’s capacity. Keep gap between the two consecutive
Hamsaas as per one’s capacity.
b)
Conscious state or waking state. Now keep your neck straight and meditate in
this state for ten minutes.
Do
longer Hamsas as per one’s capacity. Keep gap between the two consecutive
Hamsaas as per one’s capacity.
c)
Super Conscious state.
Now
bend your neck back and meditate in this state for fifteen minutes. Do dhyana,
meditation, in Gnana or Sahaja Mudra or yoni mudra with Khecharee Mudra. Do longer Hamsas as per one’s capacity. Keep
gap between the two consecutive Hansaas as per one’s capacity.
This
meditation technique gives you enormous Pleasure by removing the Stress,
Depression, Sleeplessness and tiredness. This improves memory and removes Crows
legs (blackness) underneath the eyes.
2)
Switching off and on all the Sense telephones and Improving the sensitivity of sense organs.
Apply
Prithivi Mudra. Press top of ring finger with top of thumb and keep the rest of
the fingers straight.
Tense
Moolaadhara chakra, or Coccy geal Plexus situated in the anus of spinal cord.
Do four long Hansaas. Put your mind on Moolaadhara chakra (Coccy geal plexus).
The breath will be shuttling between Swadhisthana chakra i.e., Sacral plexus,
and Agna positive i.e., Kootastha. Moolaadhara chakra represents Prithivi
tatwa. Prithivi tatwa represents gandha i.e., smell. So nose is off. The
currents in this chakra are withdrawn and sent through the Sushumna subtle nadi
of Spinal cord and from there to Sahasrara chakra on the top of the head
underneath the Brahmarandhra.
Keep
your gaze fixed in kootastha. Tense Swadhisthaana chakra i.e., Sacral Plexus behind urethra, and the measure
of two and half index finger nailed knuckle up above the mooladhara chakra.

first breath-in only repeat first breath-in only retain it as per your capacity
with effort in Kootastha. In the next consecutive breaths-in do not put any
effort to retain in kootastha. Let it go by itself.
During
breath-out say mentally SAA along with the breath. After breath out retain the
breath outside the body as long as possible. During first breath out only
repeat first breath-out only, retain it outside the body as per your capacity
with effort.. In the next consecutive
breaths-out do not put any effort to retain it outside the body Let it come by
itself.
The
breath should come by itself and go by itself. While coming in say mentally
HAM, while going out say mentally SAA.
Your
Mind and gaze should follow the breath-in and breath-out. If the breath in
comes up to a particular Chakra, say Visuddha, then your Mind and gaze should
be there. Likewise when breath out goes up to a particular Chakra, say
Swadhistana, then your Mind and gaze should be fixed there only.
While
observing the breath-in and breath-out like this, at some point of time your
mind will be interiorized and slips into Samadhi. Enjoy this Samadhi, the union
with Para Brahman, God the father.
In
this technique we should observe breath.
