Mantra pushpam:
Mantra pushpam is from Thaiththareeya aranyakam of Yajurveda.

Dhaataa purastyaadya mudaa jahaara
Shakrah pravidvaan prathishashcha thasrah
Tamevavidyaanamruta iha bhavathi
Naanyah panthaa ayanaaya vidyate

KaaryaBrahma has seen ParaBrahman in the beginning,  and Indra has seen Him on all sides. Likewise the meditating man who sees Him as such, stock, barrel, and gun, shall get liberation in this birth here itself, and now itself.  There is no way for liberation other than this.

Om sahasra sheersham devam
Vishwaaksham vishwasambhvam
Vishwam naarayana deva
maksharam paramam padam

Pushpa means mind. The mind should blossom like a flower into a fruit. Similarly the fructified mind should lead to Brahma stage or level. This is what Mantrapushpam says. That is possible when we understand this Mantra pushpam, stock, barrel, and gun.
Man traayate iti mantrah – the more we chant the we get protected from the unwanted thoughts.
Mantrapushpam is of two parts. 1)Poorvaartham, and 2) Uttaraarthamu.
Poorvaarthamu starts with sahasrasheershaa and ends with Vishwasambhuvam. It indicates our target or aim.
Uttaraarthamu starts with padmakosha and upto the end. This indicates how to attain that goal with Kriya yoga sadhana.
Chaitanya prakash is Nirgun. Conscious energy is without any form. From that Conscious energy/Chaitanya prakash only infinite number of heads, hands, legs, eyes are manifested.  That means everything of ours is His rpt His only. We are He and He is we. Once we know this,  our life is filled with joy and only joy. From ant to Parabrahma, all the living and non-living beings, everything is He and He only. He percolates, permeates, and pervades into each and everything and beyond. We are reflected energy.
Naaramu means pancha bhootaas.
Pancha koshams—annamaya, praanamaya, manomaya, vignaanamaya, and aanandamaya koshas, plus
Pancha bhootams—bhoomi, water, agni(Fire), vaayu(Air), and Aakaasha(ether), plus
Pancha praanaas—praana, apaana, vyaana, samaana, and udaana
Pancha tanmaatraas—Akaasha (ether-sound-shabda), Vaayu (Air-sparsha-feeling/touch power), roopa (eye-seeing power), rasha (tongue-taste power), and Gandha(nose-smell power), plus
Pancha Gnanendriyas (organas of senses—ear, skin, eye, tongue, and nose) plus,
Pancha karmendriyas (organs of action)—anus, phallus, feet, palm, and mouth.
This world that means the above. The same tatwa exits in each and everything.  The same tatwa exists in soul and the universe.
That Paramatma consciousness is Aksharam i.e., real and eternal. This world of name and form is APARAM i.e., limited.
That Paramaatma consciousness is PARAM i.e., it is having no second. It is greatest amongst greatest. This formless consciousness is expressing it through Maya i.e., of form, and name.

Vishwatah paramaanityam
Vishwam naaraayanagum harim
Vishwame vedam purush
thadwishva mupajeevathi
pathim vishwashyaatme shwaragum
shaashwatum shiva machyutham

These sun rise and sun sets are the part and parcel of Maya. Maya in turn is part and parcel of Parabrahman. These can not touch Parabrahman.  Ocean does not move, but its waves, surf,  and  bubbles continuously move.  Likewise this moving or unsteady Maya is unreal, and stable Parabrahman is real and eternal.  Paramaatma is  pure and perfect. This pure and perfect consciousness is the basis of this Maya world.  What appears to be real is unreal, and vice versa. This is the quality of Maya. Aakaash is not blue but it appears to be blue.
This Maya world is like an animal. It is bound with a paasham or rope. Living being, and Universe is like an animal that is bound by paasham.  The names are desires, and forms are that paasham.  Pure consciousness or wisdom is not bound by paasham.
Mano (mind), Buddhi (intellect), Chiththa (sphere of thinking), and Ahamkaara (ego) are together called Antahakarana. As long as Antahkarana exists this self is impure. Incessant Kriya yoga sadhana shall remove this Jeevabhav or corruptness. Then he/she will be liberated from this Maya. Then the sadhak comes into perfect Eeshwar bhaav. Till then this Maya shall bound him to this physical world. ‘I am eternal’, is  Eeshwar bhaav or Shivam. Untouched by space, time, thing, family etc is known as Achyutam or intangible.
Only one Atma or soul, in reality,  exists.  That is called Vishwaatma.
Jeevatma is Aabhaasam or reflected concept or corrupted soul/self.

Narayanam mahaagneyam
vishwaatmaanam Parayanam

The first and foremost thing one should know is right conduct, righteousness, and pure wisdom. Gnaanam means sadbuddhi. In Kriyayoga sadhana when we merge our human consciousness with Vishwa consciousness then the result is Parayanam i.e., infinite consciousness.  It has no barriers like space, time, and thing.

Narayana parojyoti raatmaa Narayanah parah
Narayana param brahma tatwam narayanah parah
Narayana parodhyaata dhyaanam narayanah parah

Parabrahman is one and only one. No second to Him. He is only light to each and everything. That appears to be expressed in differently in different forms. In reality Jeeva, and Soul are not two separate things. Jeeva, Jagat, and Eeshwara are not self effulgent. Everything is that illumination of Parabrahman Narayan only.  Narayana is Brahmanm,  Narayana Tatwam or trait is unique and greatest amongst great. That is why we should worship Narayana. In fact I, the worshipper or sadhak, or the Dhyata is Narayana only.  Our goal or Dhyeyam is Narayana,  and our sadhana or meditation or Dhyaanam is Narayana. Dhyata, Dhyeyam, and Dhyanam should become One.

Yachcha kinchijjagat sarvam
drushyate shrooyatepivaa
Antah bahirshacha tatsarvam
vyaapya narayana sthithah
Anantamavyayam kavigum
samudreantam vishwa sambhuvam

This world which being seen or heard is percolated or permeated within and without with the Parabrahman consciousness only.  That consciousness is eternal, beyond space, and time.  This universe is written by Him. He is the great poet. All consciousnesses will end with Him. The man who is submerged in this ocean like samsaar or life will not have any peace and happiness.

Uttaraarthamu:
Padmakosha prateekaashagum
Hrudayanchaa pyadho mukham
Atho nishtya vitastyaantye
Naabhyaa mupari thishtathi
Jwaalamaalaakulam bhaathi

Man is having 72 thousands of subtle nadis in the body. The heart is dangling below the neck up side down is of fistful magnitude. It is like a lotus. It is situated on the upper left side of navel.  It is the junction of 101 subtle nadis. It is the seat of mind. It pumps the blood into the head. Then the thought waves will be generated. Sun is the heart of this world. Like wise this heart is the heart of all living and non living beings on this earth. In micro cosmos (vyashti) heart is important, and in macro cosmos (Samishti) Sun is important.

Tasyaante sushiragum sookshmam
Thasmin sarvam prathishtitham

In the midst of heart there is a subtle hole. It is called Hrudayaakaashamu or Dharaakaashamu. In this whole charaachara (movable and immovable) world is inscripted.  In this self effulgent Daharaakaash,  Chidaakaash exists. That is having Pure consciousness.

Tasya madhye mahaanagnir
Vishwaarchir vishvato mukhah

The hole of heart is of infinite fire. It is having heat and light both. That fire is Vishwaarchi i.e., having several tongues of flame or blood vessels or veins. It is Vishwato mukham i.e., these flames or blood vessels or veins will spread all around. That fire or blood is warm.
This agni or fire is of three types. They are: 1)Aavahaneeya, 2) Dakshinaagni, and 3) gaarhapatya.
Aavahaneeya agni takes the in take food to stomach. There the food gets digested. Then it will transform into Rasam. The Agni or warmth that helps in digestion is called Gaarhapatya agni. There are four vaults in the heart. This rasam gets into right vault blood.  This blood is called Dakshinaagni. Then it will turn into oxygen.

Sograbhug vibhajam thishtan
naahaara majarah kavih
It is situated in an important place. Hence it is called Sograbhug. Then it is aavahaneeyam.  There after it will make food to digest. Then it is Gaarhyaa pathyamu. Then it is Tishtan.  Digested food will transform into Rasam which will merge with blood in the right ventricle of Heart. That consciousness is Drashta or Kavi.

Thiryagoorthva mathasshaayee
rashmaya tasya santhathaa

Naadis or veins and their branches shall go to all sides. They provide warmth to the body.

From those blood vessels or veins and arteries, vahni shikhaa i.e., flame of fire is manifested. The vessel which carries this flame of fire is known as Aneeyamu which very subtle. This is subtler than electron (Anu).  Ordhwaa vyavasthitah i.e., that straight away leads to head.   This is connected to Sushumna.
It will be lightning with blue electric pulses. It is very subtle like wild rice seed and of golden colour.

In its middle lies Paramaatma consciousness which is formless, and devoid of qualities or beyond qualities. It is pure wisdom.
He is Brahma, He is Shiva, He is Vishnu, He is Indra-the lord of senses or mind.  He is eternal, and He is having no parallel.
