Discourse 28
The Lord’s prayer:
Jesus Teaches His Followers How To Pray
The Sermon on the Mount, Part lll
Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.
“Therefore when they doest thou alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets that they may have glory of men.  Verily I say unto you, they have their reward.
“But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: that thine alms may be in secret; and thy Father which search in secret Himself shalt reward thee openly.
“And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men.  Verily I say unto you, they have their reward.
“But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet,  and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
“But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.  Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask Him.
“After this manner therefore pray ye:
“Our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.  Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
“Give us this day our daily bread.  And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
:And lead us not temptation, but deliver us from evil: for Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever.  Amen.
“For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you.  But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
“Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast.  Verily I say unto you, they have their reward.
“But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face; that thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret , shall reward thee openly.
“Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and when thieves break through and steal:   But lay up for yourself treasures in heaven, where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
“The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
“But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness.  If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!”                                                         Matthew  6:1--23
Matthew  6:1—4
God bestows sunlight, air, and water, the basic realms of life to us without any pomp and show. So we the humans should also not make any propaganda about our charity or charities. The charity should not expand our pride.
Bhagavatgita says:
Daatavyamiti yaddaanam deeyate nupakaarine
Desekaalecha paatrecha taddaanam saatwikam smrutam     Gita 17--20

To give charity with the feeling of ‘charity is my righteous duty’ at auspicious places, and times, to the able persons without seeking any returns with selflessness is said to be Saattwika daanam or charity.

Yattu pratypakaaraartham phalamuddisya vaapunah
Deeyatecha pariklishtam taddaanam raajasam smrutam       Gita 17--21

The charities that are given with the intention of gaining merit, return, mental distress or pain, is said to be Raajasic daanam or charity.

Adesakaale yaddaana mapaatrebhyascha deeyate
Asatkruta mavagnaatam tattaamasa mudaahrutam               Gita 17--22

The charity that is given without any respect, good intention, contemptuously, to a wrong person at wrong time and wrong place, is said to be Taamasica daanam or charity.

One should not perform religious rites pretentiously to impress others. Love of praise as an end in itself deviates the mind from God and centres it on the self-satisfaction of the ego.
Your left hand should not know what the right hand does.  That means with good intention and not with egotism or conscious of it.  To boast, “I gave..” or I helped to redeem…” is not sanctity but sanctimony.  Most people give advice and sympathy but they do not share their money.

Matthew 6:5—6
If the urge comes from the bottom of your heart and soul that is real prayer. The prayer to God that comes from deep within shall touch the others around him/her like.   Meera, the devotee of Krishna, or Tyagaraja, Karnataka musician, Purandhara das, poet and musician of Karnataka, and Prabhupada bhakti Vedanta, are some illustrious devotees.
Hypocrites make a show of spirituality.  Jesus wanted that prayers should be sincere and heart offerings to God.   When you go to a parlor it should awaken social consciousness, bedroom suggests sleeping, Play ground should awaken the sportsman in you.  Similarly one should have a separate well ventilated closet prayer room for silent meditation. Usually people would like to sequester themselves for prayers and devotions. They may be hounded by restless thoughts.  They have to follow scientific Kriyayoga techniques.  This will make the mind not to go outwards.  Enter into thy closet and practice techniques for attaining inner silence of mental interiorization.
Yadaa samharate chaayam koormongaaniva sarvasah
Indriyaa neendriyaardhebhyah tasya pragnaa pratisthitaa    Gita 2--58

Like a tortoise withdraws its limbs inwards, when a yogi completely with -draws his senses from sense objects from everywhere, then his wisdom is said to be highly settled.

Mind only sees, tastes, talks, smells, and thinks. Mind is the main instru -ment behind everything. Mind has to be conjoined with life force to get any work done.

If the mind of Sadhak is combined with the life force on Mooladhara chakra (Prithvee tatwa) then smell can be grasped. Then as per the choice of individual one will have liking for cosmetic smells, and food aromas etc.

If the mind of Sadhak is combined with the life force on Swadhistaana chakra (Jalatatwa) then one will have liking or attachment for tastes.

If the mind of Sadhak is combined with the life force on Manipurachakra (Agni tatwa) then one will have liking or attachments for panoramic things like cinema etc.

If the mind of Sadhak is combined with the life force on Anaahatachakra (Vayutatwa) then one will have liking or attachment for women etc.

If the mind of Sadhak is combined with the life force on Visuddhachakra (Aakaasatatwa) then one will have liking or attachment for songs, Music etc.

A person with diabetes disease should not take sweets even if he wanted. But how to control his weakness? With Pranayama techniques he can withdraw his mind and life force from Swadhistaanachakra so that he can wean his mind away from sweets.

Mooladharachakra represents nose, Swadhistaana represents tongue, Manipura represents eye, Anahata represents skin, and Visuddha represents Ear.

As long as mind works in tandem with these senses man cannot find the true happiness. When mind is diverted from these senses and made to go within with Kriyayoga sadhana, and getting nearer to God, then man completely realizes what is real happiness and what he has lost.

The string between Physical body and senses is Life force only.

The Sadhak withdraws his mind and life force from the senses in Kriya yoga. Withdrawing means controlling with dispassion.

When breath is controlled, heart and life force will be controlled by them -selves automatically. The controlled heart shall lead to controlled senses.  It is like a Mathematical equation.

Breath should not be controlled with unscientific methods. The Kriya yoga techniques of controlling the breath have to be learnt in person from a Sadguru or Master, the illumined one.

To control mind through mental meditation shall take quite a long time. Kriyayoga is an Aeroplane way of controlling breath and hence mind. This lead to make the mind steady and help the sadhak to go within quickly.

Kidneys: They remove/decant the toxins and chemicals from the impure blood.

Heart: This will pump the blood with Oxygen through out the body. It will serve blood with Oxygen to all the nerves in the body. In return path it will take the Oxygenless blood. The Oxygenless blood will be sent to lungs for Oxygen. Here in lungs, the Carbon dioxide is removed and Oxygen is added. This oxygen added blood is returned to Heart again.

Lungs: They will absorb the breath in and removes the Carbon dioxide. Taking the breath in and removing the Carbon dioxide is called breathing in and breathing out.

To control mind 1) Reducing of Carbon dioxide in the blood by taking more and more fruits as food substitute and 2) Regular kriyayoga Practice, are required.

With the above things, blood gets purified and the need of sending carbonized blood to Heart will be lessened. Hence the burden of Heart will be reduced.  Gradually the heart becomes steady and gets rest. Life force will be withdrawn from the senses. The mind in the cerebellum will not get any signals. Mind becomes steady and concentrates on God.

Like tortoise, the Sadhak will with draw the senses that help the mind.
God hears all prayers. His children do not always Hear His response. God communicates His presence to his real devotees in different ways. It may be through touch, appearance, ohm sound, and light etc.  Those with inner silence can commune with God.
That is why Jesus taught:
“But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet (withdraw the mind into the silence within), and when thou hast shut thy door (the door of the senses), pray to thy Father which is in secret (in the inner transcendent divine consciousness); and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly (shall bless you with the ever new Bliss of His Being).
Sensations through the sensory nerves keeps the mind with myriads of thoughts so that the whole attention is toward the senses. God is always with His children but it was drowned by noisy thoughts. When the devotee is in tune with God, he will hear the divine voice: “I have loved thee through the ages; I love thee now; and I shall love thee until thou comes Home.  Whether thou knowest it or not, I shall always love thee.”
He speaks to us in silence, telling us to come Home.
“But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.  Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask Him.                                         Matthew 6:7—8
“My Lord, I love you,” countless times, sincerely, feelingly, so that withg each uttering the devotee’s love and understanding of God grows deeper within.  Vain repetitions means repeatedly praying mentally or loudly thinking about something else is not fair.   “Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.”     (Exodus20:7)
Heathen refers to people engrossed in their physical bodies. They chant on God without applying mind on God. Some people, old people in particular, will be using beads and repeat the name of God like Siva, Vishnu, Goddess Uma, Gauri etc mechanically but their mind may be on some other work like cooking etc.  God cannot be cheated by their mechanical parroted prayers.
Do not use thoughtless repetitions of prayers. Offer a single prayer from the heart with depth, understanding, and intensity. God cannot remain aloof or deny the true devotee who prays with sincerity, faith, and the dtermination never to give up.  In New Testament  Jesus said:”pray without ceasing” .  The prayer should not be mechanical but spiritualized with ever increased, thoughtful, and heartfelt devotion.  That devotee is sure to find divine contact.
Manmanaabhava madbhakto madyaajeemaam namaskuru
Maamevaishyasi yuktwaiva maatmaanam matparaayaanah  Gita 9--34

He Arjun, be anchored to me, be my devotee, worship me only. This way if you anchor your mind on Me only and make Me only as your ultimate Goal then you will attain me.

If we go on blowing air into a balloon, then it will explode and whole air in that balloon will merge into nature. Likewise these worlds manifested out of Parabrahman will explode one day and merge into Cosmos.

Before the advent of Creation the Spirit only remained. This is called Poornaatma, Brahman, and Parabrahman.

Brahman spread its Consciousness into ignorance, its result is Creation.

To our mind, Brahman is appeared to be of two types:
1) The GOD beyond creation, unmanifested.
2) The GOD in creation, manifested.

If Brahman is divided into four parts, then one part is manifested as Creation. This is called VyaktaBrahman, manifested Cosmic Nature, which is tangible to the senses.

The unmanifested Brahman, intangible to senses, is having three qualities, Asti, Bhaati, and Priyam. This is called Avyakta, Niraakaara Brahmam, or Parabrahman.

Asti means existence, satyam(Truth), or Sattu.
Bhaati means Effulgence, Chit(Energy),
Priyam means Happiness or Ananda.

Sat is imperishable, truthful, and omnipotent.
Chit is ever conscious
Ananda is ever happy.

Brahman is the configuration of Sat Chit Aananda.

Brahman with name and form is Jagat or Maya. The Creation that has been manifested out of Brahman is called Maya.

Maya which is unreal appears to be real to the ordinary man of ignorance. When figures or form are super imposed on white cinema screen, then it is not visible. Maya is akin to this superimposition of figures and white screen is Brahman.

Suppose there is a 3000 sq feet ground. If 1000 sq ft house is constructed in that ground. 2000 sq ft is left blank. If the whole ground of  3000 sq feet is Parabrahman, then the constructed 1000 sq ft house is God in Creation. Then the God is said to be in Creation and beyond Creation as well.

Peace, tranquility, internal happiness, and endurance etc are Satwa Gunas, Positive qualities.
Arishadwargaas (Kaama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Mada, Maatsarya), desires, fickle mindedness are Rajo Gunas, zero qualities(catalyst).

Attachment, dull headedness, forgetfulness, absentmindedness, sleep, delay, and carelessness etc are tamo gunas, negative qualities.

The cosmic consciousness reflected in pure positive Maya. This consciousness extended into zero and negative qualities and made them active. Now the inert Maya becomes conscious with three Gunas.

This activated Maya make the mind to think so that the imperishable Nature (Apara Prakriti) has been the metamorphosis  or result in the initial stages of Creation. This Apara Prakriti is bound to time, and space. This is being called as Mithya (unreal) and Avidya (Ignorance).

Jeevanmukta will not have any ‘I, or my body’’ feeling. After experiencing his Prarabdha karma (the one brought by him for the present), and completion of the work given by Parabrahman, some meditating persons or sadhaks will get liberation. This is called Videhamukti.  He will be working for God only.

Sri Paramahansa Yogananda, Sri Laahiri Mahasaya Maharaj, Sri Yukteswar Swami, Sri Swami Vivekananda, Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa etc., are Jeevanmuktas.

A ray of Avidya will remain with Jeevanmukta for the completion of Prarabdha karma till he is completely liberated. His subtle and Idea bodies will remain and they merge with Parabrahman after he gets videhamukti.

Jesus described as “Vain” the supplications of body bound “heathens” with their disunion from God’s indwelling Essence.

Amen.
Matthews 6:9—13
Parallel reference
And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, “Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.”
Said unto them, “when ye pray, say,
“our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come.  Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.
“Give us day by day our daily bread.  And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one  that is indebted to us.
“And lead us not into temptation; bur deliver us from evil”
Luke 1:1—4
The effective prayer would be to speak to God as you talk to your Father or Mother. Jesus said: Pray to “our Father”—a Father who cares personally for each of His children.   Jesus gave model prayer or both worldly people and spiritual people. The highly devout wants only God’s love and spiritual development. The worldly man wants God’s help for all round success and material success and a modicum of spiritual development.
Jesus said with spiritual depth: “Our Cosmic Father, You are present in the vibrationless region of Heavenly bliss and hidden in the depths of Heavenly intuition, may Thy Name be glorified on earth. May Thy spiritual kingdom come and be substituted for the material kingdomof earthly consciousness.  Give us our daily bread, the physical, mental, and spiritual manna that nourishes our body, mind, and souls:  food, health, and prosperity for the body; efficiency and power for the mind; love, wisdom, and bliss for the soul.  Forgive, thou our faults, O Lord, and teach us likewise to forgive the faults of others.  Lead us not into temptation, even by way of testing our limited spiritual power. Teach us to behold the earth as ruled not by material forces, but by their kingdom’s power and glory which abide forever.  We bow to Thee through our contact with Thee as the Holy Cosmic vibration of Aum, Amen.”
Always do a prayer so that it will lead the way to self control, mastery of temptation, and overcoming delusion.  Satan snares the unwary with cosmic delusion, subverting reason and will with ignorance.
Bible says, “God made man in His own image”.  Man becomes a God in sleep in night, and a devil by day.    Temptation is subservient to self-control.  It is the desire that brings moment’s pleasure, disregarding its future ill effects. I always pray to God, “O God, do not put before my week impulses the temptations of Your Cosmic Maya.
According to sanatana vaideeka dharma of Bharat,  the results of good bad karma or actions are stored in the super conscious, and sub conscious as seed tendencies.  They germinate and grow at appropriate time. Till appropriate time they are stored as habits or samskaraas in sub-conscious and super-conscious minds. Always pray God: O God, lead us not into bad places where bad seeds of karma is aroused. I weighed Thee and temptation and found that You are more tempting.
“For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you.  But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.                          Matthews 6:14—15
Man should not torment his enemy in spite of having power. He should not be vindictive. The Heavenly Father patiently forgives good and bad alike.  Mahabharata says: one should forgive, under any injury. Forgiveness and gentleness are the qualities of the Self-possessed. They represent eternal virtue.
“Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves…for it is written, ‘Vengeance is Mine; I will repay’, saith the Lord”.                            Romans 12:19
                                                                 Matthews 6:16—18
Fasting is an effective means of approaching God since ancient times.  It is a form of austerity measure.  Fasting once in a while helps in digestion.  It helps the body and mind under control to receive the spirit. It removes the unwanted thoughts away.  But Jesus wanted that fasting must not be done by hypocrites to impress others.
The man who pursue spirituality is joyful and cheerful even while fasting.  The more happy and cheerful you are, the more you are tuned with God.
Machchittaa madgata praanaa bodhayantah parasparam
Kathayantascha maam nityam tushyanti cha ramanticha      Gita 10--9

They are fully absorbed in Me. Their life forces are surrendered to me through Pranayama. They are mutually discussing about Me. These sadhaks are completely satisfied and joyful.

Swami Sri Yulteswar, the Great Kriya yoga Guru Said: “To seek the Lord, men need not disfigure their faces.  He would quote Jesus: “Remember that finding God will mean the funeral of all sorrows.”

“Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and when thieves break through and steal:   But lay up for yourself treasures in heaven, where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”                                                   Matthews 6:19—21
Foolish people makes all his efforts in earning treasures on earth and desirous of physical health. But one day they have to give up everything and go to heaven or hell. Money, prestige, sense pleasures, material luxuries  earned by hook or crook are to be discarded here itself. Even you cannot remain forever in heaven. Once your good karma is exhausted,  again you have to return to earth to pursue your unfulfilled desires.
Nobody recognizes you on earth about your past life.   You yourself.  cannot keep track of your past memories or memoirs.  You will be chasing desire after desire like a dog hitched to a cart with asausage hanging out in front on a pole.  Man will be always thinking, “I will be happy when I get this thing or that thing.”
The dead yesterday, tomorrow is unborn, why bother?  Live in the present, be happy. Jesus renounced everything so that he wanted to be happy eternally. You may be the king or emperor or president of the whole world but you have no God. What is the utility of everything? When you leave with God, you will enjoy unto eternity. Enter into kingdom of God then everything will be added unto you.
“The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
“But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness.  If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!”                                                         Matthew  6:22—23
Parallel reference”
“No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candle stick, that they which come in may seen the light.”
“The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body is full of darkness.  Take heed therefore, that the light which is in thee be not darkness.
“If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light”.                                                    Luke 11:33—36

Third eye

Sit erect in Vajrasana, Padmasana or Sukhaasana with Gnaana Mudra. Press top of index finger with top of thumb and keep the rest of the fingers straight. Face East or North. Get relaxed. Put your index finger in between the eye brows touching the fore head with the nailed portion index finger up side down. As you raise the finger you should go on looking at the tip of the index finger. You must fix the gaze where the tip of the index finger disappears. This is called fixing the gaze in the kootastha.  Put your gaze fixed in Kootastha.  The feet should not touch the ground directly . Sadhak should wear Cotton socks.  For better results bend your neck backwards. That is sit in super conscious level. Apply Khechari Mudra.

క్రియాయో దాటుట మొదటిమెట్టు.

In Kriya yoga sadhana the sadhak will cross the barrier of human consciousness. This is the first step. To behold the Third Eye is the second step. Man can look up to certain limited portion with his Physical eyes.  Through this subtle Third eye in his Kootastha, the place between the eye brows on the forehead, man can step into yellow coloured OMKAR, then into the opal blue coloured Sri Krishna Consciousness i.e. TAT (God in Creation) or Christ consciousness or Son of the Father, and finally into five pointed Silver star or Cosmic consciousness i.e., God beyond Creation (SAT) or God the Father.  The Kriya yoga sadhak can behold the whole Universe at one place as one article through this wonderful THIRD EYE.
The yellow coloured OMKAR is termed as Holy Ghost in Bible. The Opal blue coloured Sri Krishna Consciousness i.e. TAT (God in Creation) is termed as Son of the Father in Bible. The five pointed Silver star or Cosmic consciousness i.e., God beyond Creation (SAT) is termed as God the Father in Bible.
The Pupil in the Physical eye is replica of the five pointed Silver star or Cosmic consciousness i.e., God beyond Creation (SAT).  Blue colored Iris is replica of the Opal blue colored Sri Krishna Consciousness i.e. TAT (God in Creation). The white around Iris is replica of the  yellow coloured OMKAR.
For an ordinary human being the life force will be exiting through senses. SOHAM or HAANSAA observing his own breath), OM (hearing OM) techniques are called Layayoga of Kriyayoga sadhana.  Kriyayoga sadhak will control his life force, the lab dabs of Heart, and shall withdraw the currents of sense organs (Gnanendriyas) through this Layayoga techniques in Kriya yoga sadhana. The Kriya yoga sadhak will perfectly percept that this body, earth, stars and everything in this Universe(s) are controlled through this Third Eye only.
The life force that is exiting out through the senses will change its course back to Third Eye through Kriya yoga sadhana, then it will have four types of traits or display its traits in four stages. This Sadhak should understand. 1)In First stage, the sadhak may have a feeling of something is crawling in muscles or Spinal cord, 2) In 2nd stage, the sadhak might settle in Super-conscious state and the he will have intensive blissful feelings, 3) In 3rd stage, the sadhak will have feelings of wonderful affection. He will hear OM Sound within and without through out his body and spinal cord irrespective of closing or opening of ears, 4) In 4th stage, the sadhak will behold the wonderful five pointed silver star in his Kootastha with wonderful illumination irrespective of closing or opening of eyes. The effulgence moving forward and backward through the centre of fore head i.e. Kootastha.  Life force movement stops. Life force will be withdrawn from nerves, organs of senses (Gnanendriyas), organs of action (Karmendriyas),  and in fact from each and every cell. The electricity will go to the deep bottom and roaming in Infinity. One opal blue coloured circle will be seen in Third eye. Life force will be entering into an infinite Tunnel and spreading in the infinite space with opal blue colour. The soul will travel through this blue tunnel only.
If you behold with physical eye then the individual life force will appear to be separated from the ocean of Life Force. If you behold with Third eye then the individual life force will appear to be a part or wave of the ocean of Life Force. The Spiritual consciousness of Soul will travel into the Five pointed Silver star in the Third eye. The Spiritual consciousness of Soul will be hidden in the Five pointed Silver star in the Third eye.  It will be beholding the infinity in the Third eye. The Physical consciousness will imbibe the ego qualities in the form of  ‘I, I-ness, me, and mine’. The Physical consciousness will travel from within the Third eye into without. It will remain in the Medulla oblongata.  Ego will grasp the things of the world i.e. matter through physical senses.  The matter of this world is or are limited by contours, configurations, space, time, and magnitude etc.  when mind is withdrawn from this limited Universe then it will travel with infinite fastness firstly into Five pointed Silver star in the Third eye and then into unlimited infinitude.  When mind comes out from the unlimited Third Eye, then it can see this limited Universe and that too a part of it. Third eye is like a Radio Station. You can send and receive messages to your nearer and dearer ones in all over the world through Intuition from Third Eye. Radio is required to broadcast and receive messages. Our thought vibrations too travel through space via Cosmic-Consciousness. Third Eye is required to receive these thought vibrations. We can receive the messages of all sense organs through Third Eye. We can grasp even the future incidents with Third Eye through the medium of Cause and effect theory and Intuition.
The electro magnet rays of the senses, its businesses, signals and messages, and thoughts of each and every respective living being is encrypted in the space.  The thoughts that emanate from the intuition in right direction.  We will be able to see their respective and prospective configurations in the Third Eye. Third Eye is a very powerful Camera.  When we think about our nearer and dearer ones then the vibrations are manifested and they travel through the ether. Those vibrations in turn vibrate our senses accordingly. The Intuition will wide open the opal blue coloured shutter and the five pointed Silver Star. The distant subtle vibrations are then manifested as a figure.
When we wake up from sleep then we will be able to behold the panoramic view of the nature around us up to certain space. Then the three fourths (3/4 ) of eyes will open. When we try to look at a thing deeply or clearly then only the physical eyes will be wide open. Half opened eyes will settle in Kootastha,  the space between the eye brows on the fore head, shall aid us to behold at Spiritual visions. The eyes will be completely closed during sub-conscious state. The eyes of the infants will be open and looking into the Kootastha during sleep like in Super-consciousness. When they are growing then the eyes of the infants will be completely closed during sleep. Their eyes will be turning towards Maya. The eye balls of the animals will be looking up when they die. The life force and soul consciousness will unconsciously travel through Medulla Oblongata. We must cultivate the habit of fixing the gaze in Kootastha  more and more. In fact Third Eye is the reflection of Medulla oblongata. That Third eye will have strong desire of getting God-communion. Human consciousness shall lead to Cosmic consciousness. If the gaze is turned downwards through physical eyes and concentrated on Physical world then that gaze will lead to human consciousness and then to sub-consciousness. Medulla oblongata is a life force switch. That switch will send life force electricity into the eyes. This electricity is addicted to physical pleasures. It has to be trained through Kriya yoga sadhana. With more and more sadhana the downward gaze will become upward gaze and will become steady after some intensive and longer sadhana in Kootastha. That fixed spiritual gaze will be transferred more and more to Medulla oblongata.  In fact there are no dimensions to Spiritual insight. The wonderful light we see in kootastha is in fact the reflection of the light in Medulla oblongata.
The spiritualized man’s body and mind is illumined with astral light and wisdom.  The shadows of physical and mental darkness disappears.  The whole Cosmos is filled with God’s light, wisdom, and joy. When man is fully self-realized, he receives indescribable joy and wisdom.
