Naaga Panchami:
Nag or snake represents Sense or Indriya. Pancha means Five. Nag pancha means Five sense organs or five Gnanendriyas. Eye, nose, skin, tongue, and ear.  
Me means to know yourself.
Milk is satwik food.
Yatha ahaaram thathaa Prakriti or nature.
Feed the five senses with satwik food. Do Kriya Yoga sadhana. Then you will know yourself.
