Paramaatma shall express/manifest Himself in vedas/shabdabrahma.  It is undestroyable reality.  This sound is expressed through four stages. They are PARA, PASHYQANTI, MADHYAMA, and VAIKHARI.

Paramatma manifests Himself as through MAYA while descending/transforming in His transcendence.

Para means rudimentary.  This emanates from Mooladhara chakra.

Pahyanti means to apply mind so that that shabda will meaningful. This emanates from swadhistaana chakra.

Priya  means to make the sound dearer to or see that likable. This emanates from Manipura chakra.

Vaikharee means to confirm to express its bhava.or conception.  This emanates from annahata chakra.
