Ratha saptami:
The
following are the seven requirements of sadhaka for liberation:
1)
Subhechha: Service oriented desire.
2)
Anveshana: Knowledge of implementing a good desire.
3)
Tanumanasi: Ossification of mind.
4)
Satyapatti: To be able to see the light or Jyoti darsan or opening of third
eye.
5)
Asamsakti: Stae of physical consciousness merging with subtle consciousness.
6)
Padaartha bhaavana: The consciousness of the meditator spreading all around
beyond Physical and subtle consciousnesses.
7)
Tureeya: Meditator illuminates with self effulgence.
This body is called
Ratham. This body contains seven chakras. They are: Moolaadhara, Swadhisthana,
Manipura, Anahata, Visuddha, Agna, & Sahasraara.
In
Kriya yoga, one will be able to see Atmasurya in all these seven chakras. If
you do vigorous kriyayoga sadhana for seven days in this Shukla paksha Magha
varsh, UTTARAYAN, then the above requirements will be met. That is called Ratha Saptami.
