When the gaze is fixed in Kootastha, and after doing intense meditation the third is opened for the Sadhaka. Then the yogi will have a Darshan of Atmajyoti in Kootastha. He may hear the sound of OHM in kootastha.

THIRD EYE

 

                                

First the sadhaka will find yellow colour.  When he continues his meditation further, he will find opal blue colour, the God in creation or Krishna consciousness or Christ Consciousness and when he continues his meditation further, the sadhaka sees the 5 pointed Star, father beyond creation.

Sound travels at the rate of 344m/s or 1140feet per second, light travels at the rate of 3x10 raised to power 8. If Sadhaka hears OHM sound during meditation he skould concentrate on Sound, whereas if sees light he should concentrate on light.

,Yellow light is OM, Opal blue color is TAT and 5 pointed star is SAT.
