Kriya Yoga Sadhana

Mantramu yantramu and tantramu Omkaar is three types.   They are: Mantram Yantram and Tantram. Sound is known as Omkar. This is the root cause of this Creation. Omkar is called Nada Brahmam.   This Omkar is the first and foremost mantra. The root cause of all other mantras is this Omkar only.   Man traayate iti mantrah= This protects the unsteady mind. As such Omkar is called Mantrah. Yan traayate iti Yantrah= Machines requires energy to run. Likewise this protects the decaying body by providing energy. . As such Omkar is called Yantrah.     Tan traayate iti Tantrah= To keep the energy one body is required. This Omkar protects the energy by providing a body to keep that energy provided by IT.   As such Omkar is called Tantrah.   Hence Omkar is mantra, Yantra, and Tantra. All others are replicas only.  

మంత్రము , యంత్రము , మరియు తంత్రము: మంత్రము , యంత్రము , మరియు తంత్రము అని మూడు విధములు. శబ్దము అనగా ఓంకారము. దానినే సృష్టి కారణమయిన నాద బ్రహ్మము అందురు. అదియే అనాదిగా వస్తున్న లేదా రాబోయే ప్రప్రథమ మంత్రము. దానిలోనుండే మిగిలిన అనేకానేక మంత్రములు ఉద్భవించినవి. మన్ త్రాయతే ఇతి మంత్రః   = మనస్సును రక్షిస్తుందిగాన మంత్రము అంటారు. అనగా అనేకానేక ఆలోచనలతో కకావికలమయిపోయే చంచలమయిన మనస్సును నిశ్చల పరుస్తుందిగాన మంత్రము అయినది. అదియే ఓంకారము.    యన్ త్రాయతే ఇతి యంత్రః = శక్తి( energy) నొసగి రక్షిస్తుందిగాన యంత్రము అంటారు.   యంత్రమునకు శక్తి( energy) అవసరము. లేనియడల నడవదు. అదేవిధముగా మానవాళికి శక్తి( energy) కి కారణమయిన ఆ నాద బ్రహ్మ ఓంకారమునే   యంత్రము అందురు. తన్ త్రాయతే ఇతి తంత్రః = తనువును రక్షిస్తుందిగాన తంత్రము అంటారు. శక్తి( energy) నొసగి రక్షిస్తుందిగాన యంత్రము అంటారు.ఆ శక్తి( energy) ని అట్టెపెట్టుటకు ఒక శరీరము అనే ఒక పరికరము అవసరము. ఆ శరీరమును పరిరక్షించునుగాన    ఆ నాద బ్రహ్మ ఓంకారమునే   తంత్రము అందురు. కనుక ఓంకారమే మంత్రము , యంత్రము , మరియు తంత్రము. నారు పోసినవ
