Visions:   The following visions may occur   sometimes to people during meditation. Big fires, Ocean, Rivers, Boats, Angels, Scriptures, Saints, Temples, Chuches, Altars, Flowers, Cloudless skies, Sunny lights, Auroras, the moon, feeling of expansion in space. Feeling of expansion in space ---indicate your good karmas are yielding the fruits,   your past karmas are being worked out, you are being elevated. Altars --- good marriage life, link with God is being established. Cloudless skies--- you are being elevated in meditation or progressing in meditation. Flowers---creative wisdom Auroras--- Astral light Moon---- increasing devotion Fire--- burning of past karma Light & Ocean --- vastness in self realization Water --- seek the right Guru Angels – Saints & divine friends from past lives

Kriya yoga refers to actions designed to get rid of obstructions involving body and mind. Kriyayoga is a complete system covering a wide range of techniques, including mantras and techniques of meditation for control of the life-force, bringing calmness and control of both body and mind. The goal is to unite with pure awareness which is our original condition.

KUNDALINI: The outgoing force of life energy at the base of the spine in the coccyx is called Kundalini. The kundalini serpent force runs down through a circular passage coiled like a snake into the nerves. Only by super-psycho –physical methods like kriya practice of awakening the muladhara one can possibly control the sex consciousness wholly by withdrawing this kundalini force and to flow toward the brain. The kundalini passage is called the GATEWAY of the life force at the base of the spine. The kundalini gateway is responsible for flooding the life current from the soul region of the different senses of sight, touch, smell, taste, and hearing, including the earth bound physical, creative force of sex. This is mainly available Himalayan regions of India , Nepal , Indonesia , Java & Jakarta. Jabalopanishad, Padma purana, Siva purana & Devi purana etc mentioned about the usefulness of Rudraksha.
